The biggest scammers!! I booked 1 bhk house boat with upper deck before in advance over phone. They shared several boat photos and from that list I selected one. I paid advance amount for the booking and then paid remaining full amount once I reach their office (They asked to pay in full before visiting the house boat). Really got shocked to see the boat once I boarded, it is the worst, unclean and poor boat. I called the manager and asked about why they gave me different boat than the one I paid for, but no proper response from him. They said they gave me better boat but the boat they allocated is in worst condition. The beds and blankets were never washed for years, sofas are too old and damaged. Whoever looking for boat service please do not trap to these people. Come directly visit the boats and then pay. Lot of options are available. Even you book in advance, never pay single Penney before visiting the boat. Find few snaps from the boat they allocated.

I have checked for this boathouse through mmt and made it. The stay is an awesome experience. Its wonderful house boat and the crew aneesh and chef are made very caring. We frequently asked milk i thought it etc charges but they didn't charge anything. And the food is amazing. One thing we are missed terrace in boat but it's not there in that but still it's amazing stay.

The room was okay. A/c will start after 9pm itself. Also it's not directly belongs to my trip house boat it seems. The pics were different when we visit the boat. A food was not at all good. Please don't expect anything

These guys are cheats. They use celebrity photos and some vloggers to create hype. In reality they are the worst. I booked a day cruise premium one bedroom private boat. When I went there with my family they put me in a four bedroom boat with sharing. After shouting at them they put me on a private two bedroom boat. Toilets were broken, Bedroom AC was not working. We had no choice but to take as it was getting late. The cruise was also for a shorter duration than promised. Don't take this House boat service. They are complete fraud.

Well, this review of mine will not reach many people as today I am going to share an extremely Terrible houseboat experience with this agency! We booked a houseboat by online mode of worth 8.5k (without sharing) from 11:30 AM to 5.00 PM. We had already finalized our houseboat a day before and got its pics. But on reaching the location provided by them; we were asked to travel by a completely different, cheap and old boat. We noticed that it was not our boat and when we addressed this problem with the manager they were giving excuses like the "boat is not ready"...; "the engine is not working it will take 3-4 hours, so we arranged a new boat at this budget" As a result, we were pissed off and threatened of complaining about them to Kerela tourism; Then they instantly arranged our real boat in about 20 minutes. If we would not have noticed we could've easily be scammed! The food was good and so the staff; they definitely deserve 5 stars; But I was forced to give even 1 star to agency as there wasn't any other option!!

They don't started at the mentioned time and the food is average. I suggest that avoid sharing house boat. The captain was a nice person.
