Просто чудесный отель, который намного лучше многих пятерок. 1.Шикарная еда, нас кормили на завтрак пармезаном, а на обед давали говяжий язык, роллы, стейки из красной рыбы, мидии. Большой выбор фруктов, вечером в воскресенье был шоколадный фонтан. И все было потрясающе вкусно. В а-ля карте подают действительно ресторанную еду, а не ту, что лежит в общем зале. 2.Отель свежий, ремонт стильный, в номерах все новое и красивое. 3.Сервис супер, и в ресторане, и на территории работники постоянно что-то чистят, моют, приносят, уносят и тд. Чистота, порядок, все идеально. Очень приятные поздравления от отеля с днем рождения: вино и тарелка с фруктами и открыткой, плюс украшают стол на завтраке и на ужине. Персонал плохо понимает по-русски, но переводчик в телефоне решает этот нюанс. 4.Классная анимация, передаю привет зажигалке Мелек. Для деток было шоу с мыльными пузырями, был фокусник и многое другое. 5.Лежаков на всех хватало, пляж чистенький, лежаки новые и удобные.

War eine tolle Erfahrung, klasse Hotel, direkt am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind echt zuvorkommend und sehr nett und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Mit einer waren wir sogar feiern. Besonders der nette Serdal ist uns in Erinnerung geblieben, wir werden ihn vermissen. Auch Selquk, Eser, Cevdet und Nebi waren echt super. Es ist nur zu Empfehlen. Jeden Abend gibts hier Programm und sonst auch einige Angebote die man für wenig Geld nutzen kann. Checkt am besten über Check24 ein, der Preis ist echt in Ordnung für das Angebot was man bekommt. LG :)

War eine super Erfahrung. Es liegt direkt am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und zuvorkommend und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Besonders der freundliche Serdal ist uns in Erinnerung geblieben. Auch die anderen wie Hüseyin, Adem und Alihan waren echt sehr nett. Es ist nur zu empfehlen. Preislich gesehen ist es vollkommen in Ordnung.

We waren 15 dagen in dit hotel, we hebben genoten en wat een fantastische service. Alle complimenten voor het personeel! Altijd in voor een praatje of grapje, was je glas bijna leeg stonden ze alweer voor je om de volgende op te nemen. Zeer gastvrij daar kunnen ze in Nederland nog een voorbeeld aannemen ! In het bijzonder : * Durali * Serdal * Huseyin * Adem * Melike * Cansu En natuurlijk de dames van de housekeeping !

Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. From the very first day, we were delighted by the beautiful surroundings, ideal for walking and relaxing. The food served in the restaurant was of a very high standard, varied and always fresh, every meal was a little feast. However, we were most impressed by the service. The ladies responsible for cleaning were not only very professional, but also extremely friendly and smiling, taking care of our comfort every day with great commitment. The entire hotel staff deserves praise, but special mention should be made of the waiter named Serdal. His positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to create a great atmosphere meant that every evening ended with a smile on our faces. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who values high-quality service and a friendly atmosphere.

The food was delicious and of high quality. A big plus was that we could order food from the regular menu at the snack bar. The rooms were renovated and very clean, and the service was excellent, especially Serdal, who was friendly, made us laugh, and totally won our hearts!

Panorama is one of the best hotels i’ve been at. Sea is really close and the beach is tidy with soft sand. Near the sea is snack bar with delicious food (the best I’ve eaten when it comes to snack bars). Drinks were really great. Food at the restaurant was one of the best from all inclusive hotels I’ve been at. Everything was fresh and everyone could choose something for themselves. Rooms look really good and modern and are always really clean. Staff is the best. I’ve never been in a hotel with so nice, kind and professional staff. They all keep the area very tidy and the their service is really great, but the one I want to highlight is Serdal. He is the best waiter in the whole world. He is very kind and professional, on the second maybe third day we don’t have to tell him what we want because he exactly remembers our orders (from 9 people!). Serdal was definitely the best part of our vacation.
