Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. From the very first day, we were delighted by the beautiful surroundings, ideal for walking and relaxing. The food served in the restaurant was of a very high standard, varied and always fresh, every meal was a little feast. However, we were most impressed by the service. The ladies responsible for cleaning were not only very professional, but also extremely friendly and smiling, taking care of our comfort every day with great commitment. The entire hotel staff deserves praise, but special mention should be made of the waiter named Serdal. His positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to create a great atmosphere meant that every evening ended with a smile on our faces. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who values high-quality service and a friendly atmosphere.

The food was delicious and of high quality. A big plus was that we could order food from the regular menu at the snack bar. The rooms were renovated and very clean, and the service was excellent, especially Serdal, who was friendly, made us laugh, and totally won our hearts!

Panorama is one of the best hotels i’ve been at. Sea is really close and the beach is tidy with soft sand. Near the sea is snack bar with delicious food (the best I’ve eaten when it comes to snack bars). Drinks were really great. Food at the restaurant was one of the best from all inclusive hotels I’ve been at. Everything was fresh and everyone could choose something for themselves. Rooms look really good and modern and are always really clean. Staff is the best. I’ve never been in a hotel with so nice, kind and professional staff. They all keep the area very tidy and the their service is really great, but the one I want to highlight is Serdal. He is the best waiter in the whole world. He is very kind and professional, on the second maybe third day we don’t have to tell him what we want because he exactly remembers our orders (from 9 people!). Serdal was definitely the best part of our vacation.

Rooms are clean and really comfortable, food is amazing and hotel staff is really nice, especially Serdal from the Pool Bar who is the nicest waiter I had chance to meet, he really is trying his best to make your vacation even better.

Een heerlijk hotel voor een onbezorgde vakantie. Alle medewerkers van het hotel zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt op steenworp afstand van de levendige haven en de druk bezochte bazaar met vele winkeltjes en terrassen. De ultra all inclusive is meer dan perfect met mooie terrassen aan het zwembad en niet te vergeten het heerlijke terras aan het strand op het dak van het restaurant met een schitterend uitzicht over de baai. We waren er voor de 2e keer, nu met onze kinderen ter ere van ons jubileum en ook daar werd op een zeer originele wijze op geanticipeerd door het personeel van het hotel. We kunnen dit hotel bij iedereen aanbevelen.

Serdal from the Pool Bar ist the Best worker at the whole Hotel. He is so good. I think every Hotel needs a worker like him. I was in many Hotels in turkey and I Never had a so good and Funny worker like him!
