Initially, we were extremely disappointed with the food and the reception staff. I flew to Turkey to enjoy Turkish food, not eat "German food" almost every day for two weeks. This was not good for our stomachs at all. The food left me flatulent for three days, with vomiting and diarrhea. After we ate only outside as a family, we felt better. We had booked a family room (two adults and a baby). The room was equipped with a travel cot, which was completely dirty and broken. When we complained about this, hours later, they brought us another travel cot, which was also completely broken. After we complained about this, they told us that they couldn't change it because no other bed was available. (Pictures are included below). So we had to find a solution for our baby on our own. The entertainment wasn't what was advertised when we booked. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Everything was well organized. Neat. The public areas were always being cleaned and tidied up. There was enough choice in terms of food. Enough was replenished. Rooms were cleaned daily. The shower was very spacious. With a tunnel directly from the pool you were already on the beach.

The location of the hotel is good, the room furniture is not bad but it is ridiculous to put two single beds instead of a double bed, they are constantly separating in the middle.. The cleaning is not good unfortunately.. When I went, I saw that many people wrote bad comments about the food and it is really bad.. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and every day there was chicken so much so that even at breakfast there was chicken pane. The only tasty thing was soup. Yes, there are ingredients but apparently there are no masters to evaluate it. The appetizers are sour, always the same dishes, the leftovers from the night before are evaluated either for lunch or the next night. The desserts were not bad, things that are common in every hotel.. Don't go near the drinks. Vodka, gin and raki, whose names are unknown.. You drink them but you neither enjoy them nor get high, on the contrary, you get stomach aches and headaches.. I am sorry but it is not a hotel to be preferred again, 3 points out of 10..
