My stay at Royal Hotel was from 1/7-15/7-24. I will from my heart not recommend this hotel for anyone. The first days, the host was chatty, but he was rude and talking bad to me and I saw how he treated the others at the hotel bad. In the morning at breakfast, he would stand and look on people and controlling how much breakfast they are taking and make sure they dont take to much, even. He was so unplesant, i will not recommend this stay for anyone!

This hotel is by far one of the worst I have ever stayed at. Firstly, there is no information when you look at any website about this hotel that it is located on a hill. So you have to walk very many stairs to even get to the entrance. The room seemed OK and the ac worked fine which was good. But the room got cleaned once during a one week stay, not ok. The bed was a bit dirty which you can see in one photo I attached. We had to beg to get more toilet paper in the reception, not ok. I got a stained towel on the first day and asked for a new one and then got told that the cleaning lady would bring a new one, but she didn't. Then I had to stand in the reception and argue to get a clean towel. What kind of customer service is that? Also the hotels website says they have a restaurant, well they haven't. And do not take the breakfast - it is nescafe and some dry bread and not to forget cheese and some sausage without something to keep it cold. Also the power sockets were lose in the room, so use at your own risk. The TV doesn't work either. This is a budget hotel, sure, but one could at least expect a bare minimum of service and also cleanliness. Do not book this.
