All liked it. Only the location is not very close to the city center (10 minutes by bus or an hour on foot). And also a problem for Russian travelers - the hotel does not accept unionpay cards.

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

Great hotel, has everything you need. The food is simply beyond praise. Great spa and massage. There are many shops nearby and there is where to walk along the promenade.

Ein wahrer Zufluchtsort für Erwachsene "Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Erwachsenenhotel war einfach nur perfekt. Von Anfang bis Ende stimmte einfach alles. Die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre war genau das, was ich gesucht hatte, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Der Spa-Bereich war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Vielfalt an Anwendungen und die professionellen Mitarbeiter haben dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum verwöhnt gefühlt habe. Hier konnte ich wirklich abschalten und neue Energie tanken. Auch kulinarisch wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Essen war von höchster Qualität und die Auswahl ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gefallen hat mir das stilvolle Ambiente des Restaurants, das zu entspannten Abenden eingeladen hat. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem makellos sauber. Hier konnte ich mich sofort wohlfühlen und die Ruhe genießen. Der Zimmerservice war aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Man merkte, dass hier viel Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Ich kann dieses Erwachsenenhotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung ist, wird hier garantiert fündig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!"

Visiting for a short break currently, absolutely cannot fault the hotel, it really is 5 star quality. The rooms are modern and spacious, cleaned daily by the lovely cleaning team. Restaurant is superb with a great choice of fresh food at every meal, very friendly and attentive chefs and waiters. Above all, the spa is amazing. Me and a friend visited masseuses Aiperi and Nisa for a traditional Bali massage, and we are returning tomorrow to experience it again. It was exceptional, really talented staff members, highly recommend.
