Never, ever, again! No hotwater! Food horrid & limited! Unfriendly staff! Family of four traveling and they made up the room with a double bed and a single bed, my husband had to sleep on the single bed and I had to sleep with my two sons on the double bed. The room was too small too accommodate anything else. reception kept promising us room moves, but it never happened. Our room had a nice view of the sea, but we couldn't use the balcony because of the smokers in the bar below our room, and the smokers on balconies next to our room and above our room, I have asthma! The sunbeds by the pool were all reserved by 7 am, when the pool didn't open until 9, and CLOSES at 5pm. The staff literally come around and tell you, "please go, shut!", at 5pm, and don't speak English just pointed at a sign on the wall with the pool opening times. Pool was full of infants and toddlers and not a swim nappy in sight, one day a small infant was covered in feces as his mother lifted him out of the pool. The hotel lifeguard didn't care when informed. The pool is murky and unclean, lots of long dark hair floating everywhere. The hotel is walking distance into the town area but its a good 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is a 3 hour transfer from the airport. Four days in a row we had NO hotwater and reception told us to shower between 12-3pm to get hotwater! It was a joke from beginning to end. If you are considering this hotel, consider others, pay the little bit extra and actually enjoy your holiday. We tried to save some money and we regretted it instantly!

The hotel was fine, clean and tidy, the breakfast was a bit basic but OK, the only problems I had was the distance from Alanya airport, it's quite far out 2 hours or so, which is a lot of travelling when you've just travelled 4 hours on the plane, also the main pool, I was there a week and never got to sit by the pool, the hotel let's people place towels on all the sunbeds so only some holiday maker get to enjoy it, personally I wouldn't book again.

Quick review (my personal opinion) Hotel general appearance: a dated lobby but it’s full of comfortable seating and the aircon works well. Dining room (not a restaurant): again, dated and the food is “same” but perfectly fine for this star rating. Staff work hard to keep tables clean and ready for use. Bar: lovely open air bar, fans attempting to keep guests cool. Staff always attentive and very polite. Hammam: lovely, relaxing experience with highly professional, skilled masseuses. Rooms: rooms are basic but perfectly acceptable for a holiday accommodation. I was in a street facing room and, as others have said, some people may find the traffic noise too much. I was ok with it - especially with the view (day and night). A great outlook over the beach with Alanya’s medieval castle to the right. The castle is beautifully lit at night. Beach Bar: again, basic but staff work bloody hard in really hot conditions. One waiter would bring the menu and, each time, he would ask “Who’s the boss?” 🤣 inviting me to allow him to recommend something for lunch. The shrimps (casserole and grilled) were STUNNING! I highly recommend them. Prices were reasonable - in the U.K. there is no way you would get food like this for even double the price. Bar prices: reasonable, a large beer 170 TL - cocktails were about 400TL+ Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. It’s well priced, just 1km from the Zentrum and harbour - taxi prices run from 200-350TL (agree price before getting in). I will be booking again. Any suggestions to management: try to invest in language training - a number of the younger staff struggled to communicate with some guests. Personally, I didn’t have an issue as I use a translator app if I have any problems.

Very basic hotel, the food was a bit poor (serving chips at breakfast). The WiFi only works in the reception area, not in rooms or by the pool. Dated rooms but very clean, strong AC which is a bonus. Over the road from a Beach but the beach is rocky so keep shoes on! Staff are absolutely brilliant, go the extra mile

Отдыхали в этом отеле со 2-11 июля 2025г. С двумя детьми 7 и 12 лет. Первый раз брали трёшку с полупансионом( завтрак+ ужин) Что понравилось: кухня. Готовили очень вкусно и разнообразно. На завтрак стандартно- блинчики, яйца во всех видах, тушёные и свежие овощи, сосиски, сыры, колбаса, ветчина, разнообразный хлеб, йогурты, компоты, хрустики с молоком, выпечка, турецкие закуски, фрукты, чай, кофе, какао и сок из автомата. На ужин напитки платно. Мы не покупали, напивались сочным арбузом. Все гарниры: макароны, картофель во всех вариантах, булгур, тушёные овощи, нут, рис, свежие овощи, закуски, оливки, заправки, рыба, морепродукты, говядина, баранина, курица, индейка, котлеты, кебаб, арбузы, дыни, апельсины, слива, абрикосы, яблоки, груши. Ещё два супа. Разнообразно и очень чисто! Персонал старается и следит за залом. Посуда чистая, убирают быстро, сами работники в белых выглаженных рубашках и очень услужливые. Если дети что- то разливали, то тут же всё затиралось без проблем. Номер нам попался в корпусе слева, если смотреть с моря, на 5 этаже прям на море. Супер! Вид потрясающий. Минус, что очень шумно! Поток машин ни днём, ни ночью не прекращается. Дверь не спасает. Сам номер очень уставший. Ремонт был давно. Но мы не обращали на это внимание. Мусор выносили, по требованию меняли полотенца, раза два постельное. Полы протирались посредственно. Холодильник и сейф не оплачивали. Интернет ловил на балконе, если забьёшься в левый угол, а так только на ресепшене. Море чистое, отличное, действительно заход в основном плиты. Вход прорублен перед лежаками отеля и левее на городском пляже. Лежак 150 лир- 300 р один. Напитки платные. Обедать ходили в кафешку по направлению к горе через один ресторанчик от нас. Вкусно и доброжелательно. Посетили крепость. Поднимались на подъёмнике туда, за 1500 лир, а спускались сами, пройдя по территории и найдя выход. Очень самобытно внутри. Дойти до фуникулёра минут 20. Можно доехать на автобусе 1, 101. Берут наличку. Покупать билеты на фуникулёр нужно за основной кассой, там почему то дешевле... Цен не указано. Говорят года два назад он стоил 200 лир. Там же у подножья горы есть пещера, небольшая, но красивая. Можно сходить на верфи, где ремонтировали и строили плавсредства. С другой стороны горы пляж Клеопатры. Из экскурсий- ездили в каньон Тази и сплавлялись по реке Кёпрючай на рафте. Очень понравилось! Что не понравилось: очень долго ехали с аэропорта. Ехать 2 часа, а мы сначала ждали час, потом ехали три, пока весь автобус развозили и завозили. Это очень утомительно! Рассчитывайте свои силы. Наша дорога с Питера заняла 12 часов. Ещё выбесил товарищ с ресепшн. Они не говорят по русски. Отнял чемодан и повёл нас в номер. Стоял минут 10 ждал чаевые.... Мерзкий тип с пятном на лице. Пока уже дверь не открыли и не показали на выход. Денег не было мелких, да и после такой наглости отпало желание что либо давать ему. Он всё показывал на вид на море и типа плати.... Been few times to eftalia down town hotel amazing location right next to the beach, restaurants,shops etc. Food at the hotel is pretty decent really enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal. Staff are friendly apart from the manager at the hamam found him rude and very pushy always in your face. Other than nice budget hotel would highly recommend.

I have been to this hotel many times and it is my go to hotel in Alanya. I know the Eftalia Company has a number of hotels far more suited to children but this hotel is not suited to be packed full of children who are disorderly and unsupervised. I am not opposed to a few kids but this time they were throwing other peoples property around, fighting, lazing around the corridors and seen a child trying to drown another one because there was no kids supervision from either the hotel or parents that might be expected at Eftalia’s other all inclusive hotels. This hotel does not have the facilities to serve large numbers of children

Seit 16 Jahren besuche ich regelmäßig das Hotel Eftalia. Jedes Jahr freue ich mich aufs neue in diesem Hotel zu wohnen, doch dieses Jahr war es in allen Bereichen besonders schön. Die Auswahl der Speisen für das Buffet wurde vorzüglich getroffen, aber auch der ganzheitliche Service war wie zu erwarten hervorragend. Liebe Grüße, Stammgast Günter
