Alanya merkezin en iyi oteli, en profesyonel ekip, hizmet sizlerle. Kendinizi evinizde hissedeceğiniz bir otel. Üstün standart hizmetiyle hizmet veren otelin aradığınız tüm imkanları hizmetleri var. Odalar güzel, ilgi alaka güzel, mükemmel kleopatra plajında denize sıfır, aynı şehir içinde bir işiniz olduğunda veya şehir içini gezmek içinde çok uygun bir otel, bütün organizasyonlar clublar, gece kulüpleri ile anlaşması var ama en önemlisi mükemmel personel ve güven... JAPON mutfaklarından SUSHİ BARI olan bir elit bir otelden bahsediyorum. Hasan usta ve mutfak ekibine, özay bey, Ahmet bey, hasan beye ve tüm hotel personeline tesekkürü bir borç bilirim. Bu hotele ilk ayak bastığınızda rezepsiyondaki empatiyi hissettiğinizde zaten ne demek istediğimi anlayacaksınız.

We stayed at the hotel for 14 days in June. Reception - everything is fine. Quick check-in. Pool - I don't rate it. We only went swimming in the sea. Restaurant/food - top notch. The staff is really dedicated to their job and constantly clears away dirty plates. I've been to many hotels, but I have to say that I've never experienced such speed in clearing plates. I appreciate that there is salt and napkins on the tables. Unfortunately, in some destinations we didn't have this on the table in the hotel. Refreshments constantly replenished. I have to say that there is really nothing to complain about. Room - 4th floor with a view of the main street. We were satisfied. The room was nice and clean, so there was nothing to complain about. Cocktails are only available until 11:00 PM, but we personally didn't mind. I would have liked a menu so that it would be immediately clear what drinks are available. The vacation went perfectly, so we are satisfied. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for the great service.

Ligging is goed. Te weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad. Handdoeken op de bedjes leggen is niet toegestaan, maar wordt wel gedaan en daar doen ze verder niets aan. Kamers zijn wel goed. Personeel is aardig. Badhanddoeken moet je betalen en mag maar om de 2 dagen gewisseld worden. Er is totaal geen entertainment! Dat is erg jammer. De bar maakt maar 2 soorten cocktails en sluit om 23.00 uur. Drankjes aan het strand moeten betaald worden. Is niet inbegrepen.

Kleines feines Hotel mit 170 Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber funktional. Drei Betten ein kleiner Fernseher und ein Bad mit Dusche. Leider gibt es sehr wenig Stauraum für Kleidung und Schuhe. Ansonsten chic eingerichtet. Die Lobby ist gut geräumig und hell. Leider gibt es bei Ankunft kein Begrüßungsgetränk. In der Lobby befindet sich die Bar,die nur zwei Cocktails anbietet, was natürlich völlig ausreichend ist. Der Pool aussen ist ist klein aber dafür jede Menge Liegen. Kommen wir nun zum wichtigsten, das Essen . Frühstück ist sehr üppig und für jeden was dabei. Beim Mittagessen und Abendbrot sollte auch jede etwas für sich finden. Der Großteil der Kellner und des Barpersonals sind recht lustlos bei der Arbeit oder haben das Lächeln verlernt. Wen das nicht stört,kann hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Der Strand ist sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Liegen sind zahlreiche und Sonnenschirme ebenso. Der Weg zum Wasser ist etwas steinig, sodass Badeschuhe angebracht wären. Für Müll gibt es leider nur zwei große Eimer am Anfang des Strandes. Beim Klientel der Hotelgäste ist von ganz jung bis ganz alt alles vertreten. Die sprachen von deutsch bis russisch über rumänisch und niederländisch. Da es ein reines Urlaubshotel ist, gibt es keine Animation keinen Kindeclub und keine Poolbespassung und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Hotel. Alles in allem ein entspannter Urlaub.

Gidebileceğiniz en kötü otel , garsonlar çok sinirli ve kavga etmeye yer arıyorlar , otelde sadece yemek yiyip alkol içebiliyorsunuz, geri kalan herşey yasak, alkolle dışarı adım atmak kesinlikle yasak ,paranızla rezil olmak istiyorsanız gelebilirsiniz. Benden size dost tavsiyesi uzak durun

Плохое отношение к Русским . Работник пляжа , который разносит напитки к лежакам на пляже постоянно грубил многим отдыхающим . В том числе и нам . Умышленнл Испортил игрушку ребёнка Пляж грязный в целом , персонал убоке не способствует а часто наоборот
