Inexpensive hotel near the sea. The center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or a few minutes by bus. The food is good.

Приехали семьей по забронированному туру, в отеле говорят нет мест! Это как? Повезли нас якобы на одну ночь в другой отель их сети, там тоже нет мест, повезли в третий отель. Это издеватетельство над клиентами! Мы с маленьким ребенком, устали, голодные. Спасибо мужчине в третьем отеле-Свит Сюит, Хамза если я правильно поняла, он нас успокоил, потому что у меня истерика началась. При чем мы такие были не одни, из Арси переселяли гостей в те отели, где им удобно, а наши бронированные номера просто перепродают. Ужасное отношение! Больше в Арси ни ногой! В качестве компенсации нам предложили прогулку на яхте))) это просто смешно. После такого отношения какая может быть яхта???По приезду буду подавать жалобу и компенсацию. Руководство с таким отношением скоро останется без клиентов

Food is a guessing gane, no labels on food, no butter available during lunch or dinner for bread, salad is fresh but the meat is a game of guess what. Rooms are filthy and the ones advertised on the website are for a different hotel not this one, they are dated and broken/falling apart, moved rooms and serious cracking and splitting along all 3 visible sides of the structural support column for the corner of the hotel. Staff are miserable and not willing to help, only 1 staff member understood any english, and was willing to help. All inclusive is gin, vodka, (15% vol) a single beer or wine, coke, coke zero, fanta, sprite, tea, coffee, cordial juice or water. No pool bar as advertised, it's inside, mid afternoon snack is only sweets and cakes no savoury option. The kids pool is a small square about 2ft deep, not sloped or anything. The view from the first room was of a concrete wall, in an indoor courtyard that was 40°-50° as all AC units pumping heat into the enclosed space. Balcony door warped and unable to close.

Arsi hotel had very good food, friendly staff and an amazing spa. I highly recommend the spa as the staff working there are amazing. I liked the fact that the spa offer was not forced upon guests from the hotel but rather explained by a trained employee who walked around the pool area. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated near the beach and close to shops, not far from the centre where there's a lot to happening. The minus is for the small restaurant and not enough tables for all of the guests as well as long queues for food as the area for handing out food is tiny. The pool is small, not enough deck chairs or sun beds, not enough tables outside, only one coffee machine, no water bottles for guests, juices at the machines horrible . There is no life guard, no supervision of the slide.

This hotel is upsettingly shocking …. We planned this trip as it was our 11 moth olds first holiday….. everything went really well until we arrived at the hotel to find we had no room ….. many other guests getting sent to hostels ….. no water no shops open….. not great when you have a baby so young …. Food is terrible …. Reusing many items from the previous day …. Drinks watered down …… unable to lounge around the pool side unless you set an alarm for early hours just to secure a sun lounger ….. our room was ok apart from having to pinch towels as not one cleaner came to our room for the duration of our stay ….guests more friendly than the staff ….. the reception staff walk around clueless due to the amount of people complaining…. Spending most of there days talking or on there phones ….. check out day couldn’t come quick enough…. Wanting to charge me 40 euro…. To keep the room on for my son after renting it to someone else for 13 hours on arrival

Room was more like a cupboard, 2 single beds pushed together and one of the beds were broke. The pillows were covered woth yellow stains. When asking for a fresh towel as we were only given one between myself amd husband they said you only get one and that’s changed every 3 days! The room was dirty to where In front of the toilet was a previous guests vomit still on wall. The cleaners stole 40 fags from the room then on the last day I left my wedding ring in the bathroom, my husband went back up an hour later to get it amd it was gone. When we spoke to reception staff amd said the ring has been taken by the cleaners her reply was “where’s your proof?”. Health and safety a joke to the point the main reception doors slammed on 2 people. Several Guests that were booked were told they over booked by love holidays and were sent another hotel which happen led to be the local homeless hostel. When telling the rep amd love holidays about the room and the lie sold to us we were then offered another hotel at cost of €450 we were expected to pay. We will never book with love holidays again!!!

Note : ⭐️⭐️ (2 sur 5) Malheureusement, mon expérience dans cet hôtel n’a pas été satisfaisante. La chambre était encombrée de lits et d’armoires, les toilettes étaient cassées et la porte du balcon ne se fermait pas, ce qui ne m’a pas permis de me sentir en sécurité. Le niveau de propreté était très bas — la chambre, l’ascenseur et même les couloirs n’étaient pas propres. L’odeur après le ménage était désagréable, et les couloirs sentaient mauvais en permanence. Le seul point positif, c’était le personnel : ils étaient gentils et faisaient de leur mieux, je les remercie pour leur attitude. Concernant la nourriture, c’était toujours la même chose chaque jour. Il n’y avait aucun plat turc typique ni grillades, et la qualité globale des repas était mauvaise, sans goût. En résumé, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, surtout à ceux qui cherchent du confort, de la propreté et une bonne cuisine.
