Luksusloma Kleopatra Beachillä
Hotellin sijainti on loistava, oma ranta ja ilmaiset rantatuolit löytyvät hotellin pihapiiristä, samoin uima-allas (ei ole lämmitettävä). Ravintolat ja kaupat ovat heti hotellin vieressä. Hotelli on siisti ja huoneet upealla merinäköalalla. Patja oli uusi ja paksu, hyvä nukkua. Hotelli on muuten hiljainen, mutta kovaääninen iltaohjelma estää nukkumisen ennen klo 23.30. Venäläisiä oli hotellissa paljon ja he saavat parempaa palvelua kuin muut vieraat, myös diskossa soitettiin heille suunnattua musiikkia.

Arrived at this hotel at 10.45 pm was told that the bar was shut when it was stated that the bar was open to 12pm in brochure not a lot in the way of entertainment the food was terrible often cold or just warm the snack bar was never open there was new years eve party where they were charging 60 euros when already meant to be all inclusive if you didn't pay this there was nowhere else for you to go for entertainment you couldn't find any management to take to as you didn't know who they were there was a guy on reception but he was always outside smoking and wasn't interested in anything you had to say and just kept dismissing you or ignoring you the rooms were small but clean with just a sml single balcony with room for only 1 chair most things you could put up with but the FOOD was really bad if you like your food don't go here the drinks were passable but not great I would avoid this hotel if at all possible

Just home yesterday after 1 week at this Hotel.1 of the worst hotels that we have stayed in, the food was warm/cold, the choices were terrible and almost the same each day, most of the time there was nothing to say what the dishes were!! Ran out of beer 1 night for a 4star (never) it was terrible. New years party was 60 Euros We had already paid for A/I so gave that a miss. No snack bar through the day, certainly nothing to which is advertised when booking this. DO NOT waste your money going to this Hotel. we have visited Turkey for 20 years and never been in a hotel with the food as bad this. There food Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms were the best thing about this place, small but fine.
