Diese Unterkunft beträgt null an Sauberkeit. Es wird in Zimmer nur der Boden gewischt sonst nichts. Minibar war mit Rost und Schimmel. Wasser Hahn rostig Schimmel, duschschlauch geht in drei Richtungen das ganze Bad bleibt unter Wasser. Das Essen richtig assozial ungenießbar jeden zweiten Tag das gleiche Essen und aus
Den Resten werden Salate kalte Küche gemacht.
Die essen Teller werden auf Kuchen Teller runter reduziert damit man wenig essen tuht Restaurant ist im obersten Stock eine brutale Hitze entsteht dort und es laufen nur drei Klima die defenetiv zu wenig sind für über 100 Zimmer zu wenig für ein all inklusiv Hotel traurig. Kaffe Tee und Getränke sind reduziert auf bestimmte Uhrzeiten. Das Personal sehr ungeschult unfreundlich und respektlos gegen die Kunden bis auf drei Mitarbeiter. Dieses Hotel ist eine Boden lose Frechheit und eine Beleidigung für den den Tourismus der Türkei weil die Türkei ist die Nummer 1 eins
Dieses Hotel sollte sofort geschlossen worden.
Jeder Gast der dort hin geht muss damit rechnen das er sich dort eine Krankheit einfangen kann.

Very rude and arrogant staff. Everyone have to wake up at 6am because of the mosque next to the hotel. If you want to ruin your holiday, come here. 90 % clients are russian. My holiday was ruined. Will never come back. Worst hotel i have stayed in

Очень понравился отель. Близость к морю , канатной дороге центр Алании. Бываем тут каждый год , теперь будем смотреть только данный отель 👍 Очень отзывчивый персонал , особенно хочу отметить администратора на ресепшене помогал во всех вопросах )

Если вы забронировали номер в этом отеле, и даже оплатили его, это совсем не значит что вас в него сразу же заселят. И дело не форс-можоре, а в практике отеля продавать больше номеров чем есть в наличии. Вместо забронированного вами номера вас на время селят в отель этой же сети, только худшего уровня. Так было в нашем случае (на сутки), и такую картину мы наблюдали регулярно по отношению к другим прибывшим. Отель находится в самом центре Алании, и в шаговой доступности от пляжа. У нас был большой 3-местный номер с видом на стену соседнего отеля, ещё есть номера с видом на бассейн отеля, или с видом на улицу. Номер убирался плохо, даже не смотря чаевые горничная ограничивалась лишь выносом мусора и складыванием одеяла. Бельё поменяли на 5-й день и только после нашей просьбы. Ресторан отеля находится на последнем этаже. Кормят скудно, с голоду не умрёте, но и удовольствие от еды не получите. Горячее мясное блюдо лишь одно, как и суп, но даже и они не горячие а слегка тёплые. Исключение сладости, их много и они разнообразны. В ресторане во всём ощущается дефицит, в хлебе, в вине, в мясных блюдах, и даже в посуде. Бесплатный интернет только на ресепшен, за интернет в номере нужно платить 3 евро в день, или 20 евро за 10 дней. Раз в неделю, по средам, проходит 30-минутная анимация, которую смело можете пропустить. Рекомендуем ли мы этот отель ? Нет.

Ich war 15.09.24 bis 06.10.24 im Aslan City Hotel. Ich hatte noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel in Alanya. Sauberkeit, Service, Essen ging gar nicht. Statt 3 Sterne sollte das Hotel max. 1 bekommen und das ist noch gut beurteilt. Beschwerde mit Fotos gehen an Chek24
