This hotel is definetly not 4 stars, i would give it 1 if i could . Rooms are dirty, furniture is old. You have to pay for wifi. No cocktails, only cheap drinks, and the bar works till 10pm. If you want a “cocktail” you need to pay 3 euro for vodka and some fanta. The food is not that bad if you are not picky, but you can only eat for 2 hours. Some staff are rude but other are nice. This hotel is only for russian speakers, because only a few people speak english. Not only its very dirty and musty, but if you want basic things like wifi or room safe you need to pay extra money, where is the all inclusive part? I do not recommend and i will never come back. You can find so much better for the same price.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception to check me in. I tried calling the phone number and ringing the bell, but no one came until another guest went into the staff area and knocked on the doors.
Eventually, the receptionist appeared, but he seemed very confused. I immediately got a strange feeling about him, but things got even more unsettling when I entered my room in this so-called “four-star” hotel.
The room was smaller than what I had booked and was filthy. I reluctantly went back to the reception and said I couldn’t stay in such a dirty room. They then gave me a room that matched the size I originally booked and was in slightly better condition — though still unclean and far from what you would expect from a four-star hotel.
The balcony furniture was unusable due to layers of ingrained dirt. The bathroom had mold, and the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the bed.
Solo travelers, take note: the room doors do not have peepholes, and the locks are very weak. The hotel refused to cancel my reservation, so I ended up staying there.
The food was decent, and the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and friendly — except for the man who checked me in. He also handled my checkout, and while I was there, a young woman was checking in, and i had to witness situation where her told him that it was unprofessional to ask her out.

Hotel clean, reception staff nice, I’m fussy with food but could be more options. Pity no fried eggs at breakfast. Must of the staff are nice and so are the cleaners who cleaned everyday. Sun on the pool all day. Avoid the shop near to the hotel, very expensive and go to Migros instead

Das Hotel ist super, die Rezeption, der Service und das Personal zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist optimal zum Entspannen. Immer wieder gerne, komme auf jedenfall wieder. Tayfun einer vom Personal, den kann man auch einfach ansprechen. Der ist behilflich bei allem.

Absolutely shocking, the food was like slop, cold and tasteless and they warned things up from breakfast to make lunch, then lunch to make dinner! The bar staff in particular Mehmet was so rude. They would only allow you one drink when you went to the bar meaning you could not get your friends one whilst there! They poured the drink of wine and it was literally like a shot, two mouth fulls at the most. When I’d ask full the small beaker glass to be full they just said we can’t as someone is watching on the camera. The only drinks on all inclusive was cheap red or white wine, gin, vodka or beer, no other drinks apart from that. When complained they simply laughed at me and other guests. Serious management problems, staff with no customer service skills whatsoever. I’ve never experience such bad customer service in my life. DO NOT stay here! AVOID!

We are having holidays here now in May, the hotel is great, the food is good, the location is perfect. it's very comfortable to go anywhere from here. The managers is friendly, especially Typhoon , he helps us with the entrance to the club, and can give you any information which you want. I recommend this hotel for your holidays👍
