We booked this hotel last August as it was great value for an all-inclusive hotel, and the reviews were generally good. The room was small for 2, especially with suitcases nowhere to store them, so they were in the main living space for the 7 days. Booked a twin room, we had a single and double bed, so one of us had to compromise. As British tourists, we were definitely treated differently from the Russian guests who were waited on and treated like royalty by the staff. Except Salih in the restaurant and pool area and the two bar tenders in the upstairs bar. They were great and provided excellent service. We love a gin and tonic and were so pleased to be served Schweppes tonic until the management changed it to a cheaper brand, Black Ice, I think it was called. It tasted like soap, and it was then a challenge to get Schweppes apart from the guys upstairs in the bar who understood and gave us it. Always found something to eat in the restaurant, but if you are a fussy eater, which I'm not but still struggled with, what was on offer, it's not the place for you . The snack bar was good, fresh pizza, and wraps. Jack, the promoter of the Tattoo Palour, does a great job, and Mustafa, the tattooist artist, is excellent. The animation team, especially the girl, appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. Entertainment is very orientated to Turkish and Russian guests, but then we were in Turkey and not the UK. There were staff trying to sell the services of the Spa, however not once did they approach us, 2 English ladies in their early 50s, could not quite understand as we were also just relaxing by the pool. Up until Sunday 22nd June as long as you had your towels out on a sunbed by 8am you were set for the day. However, by Monday, 23rd beds were being claimed by 6am. Overall, it was a relaxing week in the sun but was pleased we had left by Tuesday 24th June.
