After reading the reviews we tried to keep an open mind. After 2 days into our holiday both my partner and dad were ill with sickness and diarrhoea. So we decided from this point not to eat at the hotel. One night we watched chicken being cooked and raw chicken was being mixed in with the cooked chicken. The rooms are filthy I don’t think the beds had ever been moved to clean underneath them. Our bathroom was the ceiling was black with mould, no cover over the drain in the shower the door did not close. The rooms are of a very low standard and very out of date. The staff are rude and not welcoming at all they make little enough to talk to you. Several times throughout the week drinks ran out both alcoholic and soft drinks. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star and needs someone to go out to review it.

We had a great family stay at Club Bayar Beach Hotel! The staff were super friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Our kids loved the clean pool with slides, and we felt relaxed knowing they were safe. The rooms were tidy, and the food was tasty with good variety. A wonderful place for a family holiday, highly recommend!

A wonderful hotel! Our room was very clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Breakfasts were delicious with a good variety. The location is great — close to cafes, shops, and the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

The beach itself was very disappointing, full of large stones, making it almost impossible to get into the sea comfortably. The sunbeds and the entire beach area were not clean. It says there's a beach bar, but there isn't one at all. The food was a complete disaster, the same three meals repeated every single day, with no variety or quality. There is no air conditioning in the dining area, making it unbearably hot while eating. The rooms are old, and during the entire week there was no hot water in the bathroom. Hygiene is at a very low level, they didn’t clean the room once, nor did they provide fresh towels or bed sheets. The hallways smell like a public toilet, and there is also no air conditioning in the hotel lobby. Since check-in is at 14:00, you are forced to wait for hours in 50°C heat. Communication was a challenge as most of the staff spoke little or no English.

The room was just okay. Reasonable considering how cheap it was. The food was awful, there was maybe two dishes that were alright to eat. Hardly any drink options, all they had to offer was beer, wine, and some spirits ( gin, vodka) and then a soda dispenser you’d find at any bar that didn’t work half the time. Hardly any of the workers spoke enough English to have a conversation with. Had to PAY FOR WIFI!! After it stating on here and the website WiFi is included. It was 600 lira ( £13 roughly) per device. And it only worked in the lobby or at the pool. My husband ended up with awful food poisoning on the very last day, even after being extremely careful and hardly eating any meat or salad to be safe! The workers were extremely rude, never smiled back at us or said hi or anything! All the other stayers were also extremely rude! Would push in front of us constantly in the lineup for food, constantly giving me and my husband dirty looks for no reason at all! The man and woman who works in the little shop in the hotel were so lovely and welcoming! Would never stay here again!

We all got food poisoning and had to go to the hospital as a result. Our toilets were not cleaned when we came in as well, and the towels had a strange smell. Also, keep in mind that you have to pay 2 euros per person for wifi daily if you want it. Would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Filthy, loads of stuff broken. We both got food poisoning. The food is so bad, I mean the worst I've ever seen, I wouldn't feed it to sewer rats. The staff aren't the best, most cannot speak any English. There were a few that were really nice but the majority are rude. The only good thing about this hotel is, well nothing actually. In our opinion, it should be demolished. No evening entertainment and very very limited daytime entertainment. The pools weren't too bad but again, steps were broken, bolts to hold it onto the ground were loose so it wobbled. Ants all over the drink station in the lobby. We changed rooms because ours had a huge leak in the bathroom, which they obviously knew about because of the towel they'd placed under it.
