We were accommodated in this hotel because the hotel where we were originally supposed to be was not opened. During the first 3 days of our stay we were very satisfied, tasty food and good location. However, on the 4th we went on a trip and we were not at the hotel from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. When we arrived in our room, we found the door wide open. We guessed that the cleaner did not close the door behind him. We went to report this fact to the reception, and an employee named Hussey ignored our problem. After two calls, he said that it was the cleaner who didn't close the door and that we can talk to her tomorrow. What would it give us? We wanted to know if someone else came into our room because our private belongings were there. He said he could show us the camera footage and that's what we asked to see if anyone other than the hotel staff was in our room. With so many things and nerves, it is easy to forget how many pairs of earrings were taken or what cosmetics were taken exactly. The gentleman from the reception say that he can show us a recording from the cameras, which he allegedly checked himself and no one is there. After approaching the computer, it turned out that he didn't even show us our floor but some other (we are on the top floor and there are no stairs up, and the recording clearly showed a different floor). When I pointed it out to him, he said he was wrong and casually found our floor. The recording didn't work, it couldn't show previous hours so the receptionist is a liar. The receptionist did nothing to resolve the matter amicably, he said that we can come tomorrow and talk to the consultant who deals with the guest service, because he will not talk to us. We have been in several hotels and we have never encountered such a situation, let alone arrogance on the part of the service employee. Im very dissapointed of the recepcionist behaviour more than that cleaner left door wide open. It would not suprise me if it was 2* hotel but in 4* hotel guests should be treat more politely…

- Der Spa Bereich im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber, großzügig gestaltet, mit tollen Massagen und den lieben Mitarbeitern. - Cihan Bey von Rezeption möchte ich positiv erwähnen. Sehr freundlich, höflich, immer hilfsbereit gegenüber jeden! - Die Dame von Housekeeping war sehr nett. - Ich hatte wie fast jedes Jahr im Urlaub wieder Geburtstag. Normal kenne ich es aus anderen Hotels, dass man da mit einer kleine Aufmerksamkeit bedacht wird, aber auch hier gab es rein gar nichts! Schade. - Das Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich. Oft waren die Speisen kalt, Geschmacklich nicht gut. Obst, Gemüse, Salate waren nicht schön angerichtet. All inklusive sieht anders aus!! - Ich habe ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht, aber vom Meer war nichts zu sehen. Dafür eine Nebenstraße. Das war am 1 Stock. (Siehe Fotos) - Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Ich fühlte mich so unwohl und nicht herzlich willkommen. Hier wird man nicht mal begrüßt. Auch beim Essen war klar ersichtlich wer bevorzugt wird. Andere dürfen sich ihre Getränke selbst holen während Stammgäste bedient wurden. Auch einige Tische im Restaurant waren permanent reserviert mit pseudo Getränk usw. Außerdem mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Mitarbeiter kein Namensschilder tragen, was die Identifikation und Kommunikation erschwert. - Als ich meine Anliegen (dass keiner mich bedient usw) am Abend im Restaurant mit einem Herrn (so ein Typ "Möchtegern-Hotelmanager" aus Antakya/Hatay) kommuniziert habe, sagte er mir, dass es doch sichtbar sei, dass er hier der Chef ist. Und dass keiner mich bedient wohl an meinem Erscheinungsbild liegt, da mich das Personal aufgrund meiner dunkleren Haare als türkische Frau wahrgenommen hat. Sowas habe ich nie erlebt. Ich war schockiert. So rassistisch und frauenfeindlich. Ihr solltet euch schämen!
