I liked everything, the location is not in the center, but it's a 10-minute walk to the beach from the hill at a very slow pace)) The rooms are spacious, all the furniture is in good condition, clean, the only thing is there are no slippers, take your own)) the animation staff works as needed, the buffet is very tasty, as a vegetarian, I had something to eat)) especially the desserts💕💕 the hotel is 4 stars, I will not give more, no less, I am happy with my money. Thank you 🙏

I have stayed at the hotel several times this year, the last time was in November, before the hotel closed for the winter. Upon request, they gave me a room in the main building.
The food was good.
I didn't like the incident that happened on beach number 5 (from the hotel) with Russian tourists, who were forbidden to set up a table by an elderly employee...

Obsługa zablokowała kartę do pokoju, ponieważ w pierwszy dniu nie zdążyliśmy wystawić opinii. Karygodne zachowanie, w pokoju były wszystkie nasze rzeczy. Opinie wystawia się po pobycie, a nie w dniu przyjazdu. Sprzątnie pokoi to jakiś żart, co drugi dzień przychodzi pani która oprócz wymiany worków na śmieci i postawieniu 2 butelek wody nie robi nic. Podłoga zostaje brudna, od piasku z plaży, łazienka nawet nie przetarta, o papier toaletowy również trzeba było prosić. Winda ciągle nie działa, WiFi działa bardzo kiepsko, jedzenie po którym byliśmy chorzy już do końca wyjazdu. Brak mydła do rąk w łazience, oświetlenie tragiczne musieliśmy świecić latarką w telefonie żeby znaleźć swoje rzeczy w szafie. Bardzo mało miejsca przy basenie, jak na takich duży hotel to miejsca przy basenach jest może na 40 osób. Hałas w nocy pod oknami, o 23:40 ktoś zaczął kulać metalowe beczki z piwem i jeździć wózkiem, nie szło spać.
