In July i fished my second stay at Grand Okan this year. It was a long one - 3 weeks! I am totally in love with this place 😍. And planning to come back in October. The hotel provides well-balanced package of services. It is very practical to choose GRAND OKAN over the all-inclusive ones in the neighborhood. Of course, it is my personal opinion, but I am being rational based on my experience in Alanya. Food and beverage service is available at the bar if you are feeling hungry or thirsty between your morning and evening meal. Lovely lunch and cocktails are there at a reasonable price. Breakfast and Dinner are always delicious and you can find a big variety of local cousins' and European dishes. I didn't get bored with the restaurant within my three week stay. Besides that, internet was very good and I could even enjoy it by the sea at the beach of Grand Okan. Evenings are nice too. There is always an entertainment for those who like to dance , sing or watch a show. I must say that the programs are very well balanced there are not too much or not too little of music and fun. Pool area and the garden are well kept and give a pleasant landscape picture to your eyes any time around the year.

I have to say fantastic hotel we ask front room but obviously we have to pay extra then we didn’t want it because extra then we arrived we being giving seafront room by mistake I guess food excellent staff fantastic clean every dish every dessert is breakfast is 10 out 10

My family and I , have been visiting this hotel , two to three times a year , since 2010 . It is our home from home and we know , that we will be made to feel welcome there . Every inch of the hotel is spotlessly clean , the rooms are comfortable and are a pleasure to stay in . The food is always freshly prepared and delicious, plenty of choice for all. The staff are all amazing, lovely people. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better , you have the best of both worlds. The tranquility of the beach and the fun side of the bars , restaurants and shops . I have decided to save the best until last , The Grand Okan is managed by the best manageress , in the business. I hope that this review gives you a little insight, as to whether to try this hotel !

This hotel was delightful and immaculate. Before arriving, I emailed Amanda several times as I had some queries. She replied to every email swiftly and nicely; she also arranged airport transfer for us which was so helpful. Amanda is very professional and kind. During our stay, the hotel informed us of various activities we could do which was insightful. The beach is very near and the pool area is clean and tidy. It was such a relaxing stay. All the staff from the kind ladies who cleaned our rooms, to the staff who worked in the lobby and in the restaurant area were all kind and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Great hotel location and food but unfortunately had reservations for me and my two boys after 2 night wife also come as she was waiting for passport not sure she come or no I ask for room update when arrive they told me we have all same room family standers room , but when she arrive told to pay for her food they said ok after they ask to pay for her stay said already paid for room it’s only two single beds in room and one small single sofa bed , they say no matter she has to pay extra so I ask ok give us extra large room with one more bed said don’t have all same rooms so I ask why I need pay for what ! I have already ask update room first day when arrive I understand it’s small you told me we don’t have , she my wife join our room why we need pay if not give any extra large room or bed ! So they charge me another €250 for her stay in same room with us ! I have also paid for food separate which was €150 half bird for 5 days ! Couldn’t understood this

Voor de vierde keer al geboekt bij Grand Okan. Ook al heeft er nu een aantal jaar tussen gezeten, het blijft een top hotel. Wat was het leuk om de eigenaresse en het personeel weer terug te zien. Wij waren daar voor onze honeymoon en de eigenaresse heeft een upgraid in de kamer gegeven en een flesje champagne gebracht. Het ontbijt en diner buffet zijn heel uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. De kamers zien er mooi uit en alles wordt goed schoongemaakt. Kortom zeker een hotel waar ik nog vaker naar toe zal gaan. Zeker een aanrader!
