Отдыхали в сентябре 2023г двумя семьями,на нашу семью, двое взрослых и ребёнок 165 т р на 9 ночей. Когда выбирал отель, рейтинг был 8,4читал отзывы, они были 50 на 50,потом понял откуда берутся хорошие отзывы, хозяин отеля предлогает бутылку вина за хороший отзыв. Начнём пожалуй, плюсов у отеля нет, от слова совсем, старые, грязные номера, ванна от старости серо-чёрная (причём выбирали из нескольких номеров, везде одно и тоже) загрузка отеля наверное процентов десять. На завтраке вообще поесть нечего, до этого думал что в турецких отелях везде есть яичница, омлет, блинчики, ошибался,это было за весь отдых 2-3 раза, на обеде и на ужине немного повеселее, выбор минимальный. Рядом с отелем оживленная трасса, постоянный шум, музыку у бассейна не включали (ходили просили) включат на час, потом снова слушаем шум с дороги, .рядом с отелем нет ничего, только базар(один раз в неделю) нужно пройти 2-3км вдоль трассы чтобы куда-то выйти по оживленнее. Анимации нет совсем, из алкоголя, пиво, вино, водка, джин. Если засиделся вечером, после 23:00 везде выключают свет, как будто тебя нет, остаёшься в полной темноте. На пляже половина лежаков сломаны, есть типа бар(кола, вода) вход в море про рублен в плитах, метров 7-8,пляж грязный, никто не убирает. Примерно в 16-17 ставят на стол у бассейна тарелку с засохшими печенюшками(это и есть доп перекус),попадали с плесенью.Короче,мы были в Турции 6 раз, всё в бюджетных отелях, не избалованы,но это самый ужасный отель, думаю звезд у отеля нет,за эти деньги можно было взять более хороший отель, когда вечером прогуливались вдоль дороги, проходили рядом с тройками и четвёрками, от туда до носились звуки анимации музыки и веселья, а у нас будто пансионат для присторелых. Люди не ездите сюда, пожалеете, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! !

Worst place ever been to. Disgusting reception staff.Dirty room,not working toilet(reported to reception for 3 days twice a day.I have recorded movie about it.)Terrible food!!!When I complain to reception I was told that im a laying. Reception male staff humiliated every woman asking for any help!!!!

Maten var under enhver kritikk og det samme var rutinene rundt hvordan man håndterte maten. En i reisefølge ble såpass dårlig av maten at det førte til sykehusinnleggelse og derpå kraftig amputert ferie. Opplegg rundt underholding var også dårlig og det ble stort sett kun snakket tyrkisk eller russsisk på hotellet. Det var en person på hotellet som snakket godt engelsk, og det var han som styrte kiosken. Han gjorde sitt aller beste for at gjestene skulle ha et godt opphold og utførte en strålende jobb. Det var han som hjalp oss når en i reisefølge måtte på sykehus.
Flott Basseng selv om det var noe slitt, og den private stranden var også hyggelig.
Men alt i alt er det stryk karakter på dette hotellet. Føler at vi ikke var fått det vi har betalt for

We booked for 10 nights we made the worst decision ever. We instantly left within 24hours of arrival the it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! It’s about 4 hours away from the airport. Don’t do it to yourself you won’t enjoy your holiday ! Everyone you see there are sad.

This hotel from hell is what comes to mind when I think about sunshine. 4 star defo not, more like 1 star. First night I arrived I found my hotel door to have 3 holes that had been filled but not painted to then find bed bugs, went to the rude none specking english reception who didn't care or help after showing photos so I spent my first night sleeping in a chair. Changed rooms to found trash left behind, beds not changed to no air-con. The food omg I wouldn't feed to anyone! Same food mornign /afternoon and evening. No snacks provided throughout the day. Gave me sickness and diarrhea! No games room / no gym and WiFi NOT FREE 2 euros a day and yes they will cut you off! Nothing clean about this hotel. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. Avoid like the plague.

Turkey is a destination that I have travelled to on many occasions, and have always had a wonderful experience in. Unfortunately, this trip was a totally different experience and a disappointing stay. The three things I look for and count on are hospitality, food and cleanliness. This hotel fell short massively on every category. We had to have our room changed because our first room was so dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Our second room was not a great deal better. You have to pay for WIFI 2euro per phone per day. THEY WILL PROBABLY CUT IT OFF and try and charge you more. The service from staff was abysmal. Reception staff were unwilling to help. One man in particular who worked nights on reception called ERHAN wouldn't even allow you to speak. This is definitely NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL. The food was awful and it was the same food every day. I saw couples arrive and leave the same day as they refused to stay at this hotel. Overall, I wouldn't rate this higher than a ONE STAR.

The only thing accurate is the name sunshine as we had 4 days of glorious weather..Arrived at 3am the hotel was in complete darkness no low lighting in corridors the room was horrific we found leftover food in the fridge from previous guests and someone’s belonging my friends room hadn’t been cleaned clumps of tissue in the double bed..the showers smell like sewage and the decor is dated like something from a European horror film no fresh towels just one to last 4 days and I’m convinced they didn’t use any products to clean as everything was covered in finger marks or handprints toilets were stained and you have to hold the shower head whilst showering then the food well what can I say breakfast consists of leftovers from the night before cold breaded onion ring and rice in milk instead of porridge no dressings for the salads which are limited and also no descriptions to let you know what your actually being served if it’s a stew what meat etc all inclusive drinks are local beers warm white wine vinegar vodka that strips the throat and gin the staff are rude to the British as a woman I’ve never been so disrespected by a manager whilst helping a girl who was obliterated he was acting like I’d poured the vodka down her throat the hotel doors have holes in them that have been sanded and filled and if your British expect to go to the top floor out of the way of others Plus side was the pool area but again no toilets close to the pool or the entertainment area love holidays seriously need to stop selling this hotel on their website I’ve genuinely never stayed somewhere as bad as this they have a lot of work to do to get a 2 star rating it’s atrocious here

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Absolute worst hotel iv ever been to in my life!!! From the rank carpet everywhere, the disgusting so called food to the rude unprofessional staff to the pervy manager this place should be shut down and Love Holidays should not even be advertising this hotel. Totally unsafe for solo females slept with a chair behind my door for 7nights!!!! Ate one meal and decided to spend every day with the lovely owner and his wife up the Road at LAZY BEACH!!! That's where I felt safe. Wish I could get my all inclusive money back. Was a total let down for my Birthday. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!
