Arsi Enfi City Beach Hotel

The location is excellent! Room was clean and tidy, but there was no shower gel or shampoo. The food was fresh.

Booked up this hotel on loveholidays all I can say is the bad reviews are spot on. I travelled alone with 2 young kids, Upon arrival at 2am was told by a not very helpful receptionist that they were overbooked and I was been transferred into a hotel nearby, but had to travel over to this hotel to used pool and for my all inclusive drinks and food as I was not allowed to use the facilities at the hotel i had been moved to! i had a waver shoved up my face saying I had to sign which I refused to. I used the facilities at this hotel for approximately one day the placed is that dreadful, the pool water is full of suncream and is a noticeable orange, which they bucket out to clean the floors outside before laying tables out for dinner (the hotel is that overbooked) , i witnessed one elderly man slip and hit his head because it was so slippery. Hotel staff refused to intervene. Dinner consisted of lukewarm macaroni, mash and a luminous yellow cheese sauce. Hotel staff acted like bullies pushing people and kids around. There was a bit of a scene when they pushed a lady in the face thinking she was going into the restaurant with damp clothing on. Policed were called and upon shuttle collection I was informed by other guest staying at hotel that the police had to go back almost everyday, im glad I only stopped for 4 nights there as people that arrived for a 2 week stay were in tears. Loveholidays recommend this place for family's i really dont see how! The good review must be left by people that work for the hotel

The hotel does not correspond to the stated photos and the 4-star category at all. The room was very poorly cleaned. The service is terrible, the staff is not friendly. There is no private beach, sunbeds and umbrellas for a separate fee. If you are not in the room, the electricity is turned off there, that is, the refrigerator and air conditioner do not work in such a heat. The staff is not friendly. The rooms do not have soundproofing, space and a sufficient number of towels. The hairdryer looks about 20 years old and works as if it will explode in your hand now . I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this hotel for vacation.

Absolutely disgraceful hotel! Avoid like the plague. Run down, filthy, beyond repair! Swimming pool more like a water treatment facility. Food not fit for human consumption. Staff uninterested, rude and unhelpful.

I came here for a relaxing break and ended up leaving with bed bug bites, a tetanus shot, and a deep sense of regret. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. First off, the staff couldn’t care less about you. Ask for a towel or directions and you’ll be treated like you’ve asked them to do brain surgery for free. Basic manners? Non-existent. The so-called “restaurant” is an absolute joke. The food looked and tasted like it had been reheated for the hundredth time. Not enough tables, so I had to stand up to eat my cold plate of slop after queuing forever. Honestly, I’ve seen prison cafeterias with more charm. The building is falling to pieces — cracked walls, broken lights, and doors that look like someone’s punched them in (probably out of sheer frustration). And don’t even get me started on the disgusting pool — murky green water that hasn’t seen a proper clean in who knows how long. Even better, I watched the staff mop the filthy floor with pool water and pour it right back in. So if you’re dying to catch something nasty, feel free to dive in. My room was vile — stained sheets, weird smells, and the highlight: bed bugs. Waking up covered in bites was the final insult. Ever tried fumigating your luggage before you fly home? Not exactly the relaxing holiday I’d planned. Sleep is impossible. The walls are paper thin so you’ll hear every argument, every drunk meltdown, every kid screaming, plus the constant knocking on doors at stupid hours. Try to complain and you’ll get laughed at or ignored — the staff genuinely do not care. If you see anyone giving this dump 4 stars, trust me, they’re either being paid or they need their head examined. Save your money and your sanity — sleep in your car, crash in a bus station — literally anywhere is better than this place.
