I was greeted very well when I entered the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and tidy. I think it is a place that can always be visited. Отель превзошел все ожидания!!!! Изначально ориентировались на локацию, искали отель в центре города, но в пешей доступности от моря, чтобы одновременно можно было вести активный образ жизни на отдыхе , не засиживаюсь в отеле , и не переживать о том , как добыть себе еду))) знаменитый, в этом регионе, пляж Клеопатры , с водой цвета Мальдив, в 4 минутах неторопливой прогулки. Локация для Алании самая шикарная, лучше не придумаешь 👏👏👏 всегда опасались отелей 3*, т к был неприятный опыт, но когда попали в отель - выдохнули🙏🙏🙏 свежий ремонт, ежедневная уборка и накрахмаленное белое постельное белье и питание как в уверенной четверке👏👏👏 в жаркое время дня проводили время на бассейне в тенечке или просиживали за столиками с эфесом за столиками перед отелем! Ну и конечно хамам☺️☺️☺️ Осталось очень приятное впечатление. Четкое соотношение цена / качество!!! Всем кто любит вести активный образ жизни на отдыхе , гулять , интегрироваться в местную культуру и кто не ищет ‘тюлений отпуск’, с чистой совестью рекомендуем !!!!!

Super hotel nice rooms everything very clean good beds and a very large balcony. I only miss a fridge in my room but otherwise it was really great worth repeating. Very friendly staff and cleaning lady is very nice does everything for you and is always cheerful 😍
