The boss specially gave me a mountain view room. I sat on the balcony at night playing with my mobile phone and looking at the beautiful castle. It felt really good. The breakfast was also very good.

Sürekl geldiğim konum olarak ve ihtiyaç doğrultusunda yeterli bulduğum bir yerdi . Son gelişimde 2 hafta kaldım yaklaşık olarak. Resepsiyonda duran orta yaşlı arkadaş oldukça kabaydı. Sürekli geldiğimiz halde ve uzun kalmışken çıkış saatimi biraz geçebileceğim hakkında yardımcı olmalarını istedim çünkü otobüsüm geçti ve odanın müsaitlik durumu olduğu halde yardımcı olamayacaklarını söyledi bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim nezaket sıfırdı.

Just returned from a brilliant 10 day stay. I'm not sure where the bad reviews about staff are coming from because staff here are so warm and friendly, they can't do enough for you and really make you feel welcome. Pool area is immaculate, plenty of beds and the Balinese beds are a nice touch. Within walking distance of the harbour, few great local places to eat out right on the doorstep, although the food and drinks at HMA are really reasonably priced as well as being very tasty. Special shout out to Noori the barman - we miss you already! Will definitely return, thank you to all the fantastic staff who work really hard, from Jill, Pete and Caitlin.

Huone oli ylimmässa kerroksessa mutta parvekkeelta näki toisen talon seinän.Huone oli hyvässä kunnossa koska se oli uusittu.Hotellin vastaanottovirkailija todella tyly ja ei ystävällinen.Ei toivottanut edes tervetulleeksi kun tulimme.Heti tuli huono kuva hotellista.Aamupala oli ihan ok.

Stuff was friendly, professional and friendly. Pool area was comfortable, but unfortnately guests keep sun beds reserved by placing towels on them. Elevator was working but quaite slow. A/C worked, but it has very bad remote control and was difficult to turn on/off. Kitchen has all what we needed for short stay and stove + kettle worked fine. Shower was good and no problems with water pressure or temperatures.
