Our stay at this hotel was not the best. Started with been given the wrong wristband, we were given room only when should have been all inclusive. Massive language barrier and staff rude most of the time. Food not labelled, with regard to allergies this is simple not good enough. The patisserie advertised is not open and is used as a storage area, again not good enough. Cocktails only after 9pm and frankly awful. Power and water went off. Wifi goes off everyday. This is not a 4 star hotel!

Nie polecam. Jesteśmy tu 3 dni i już mam dosyć. Przyjechaliśmy z 2 dzieci 3i 5 lat. Jedzenie okropne. Dla dzieci muszę kupować jedzenie w sklepach bo tu nie ma z czego im cokolwiek podać. W jednym bemarze brukselka, w kolejnym marchewka, kolejny jakieś ziemniaki w mleku i dzisiaj była ryba z ośćmi oczywiście, do tego jakieś sałatki, surówki, arbuz i śliwki i to tyle. Na śniadanie podobnie. Nawet nie ma ciepłego mleka. Jest w apartamentach kuchnia ale niestety szafki są puste, brak talerzy, sztućców, garnków, nie ma nic. Dzisiaj miało być wg rozpiski na recepcji Mini Disco, dzieci sobie wybrały na bazarku (do którego jest świat drogi pod górę i z góry) sukienki a okazało się że nie ma mini disco, w ogóle obsługa jakby nie wiedziała co to jest. NIE POLECAM , WIECZOREM NIC SIE NIE DZIEJE, żadnych animacji, atrakcji. Jedzenie słabe, codziennie dosłownie to samo. Nie sprzątają po śniadaniu. Nasze talerze po śniadaniu na stole stały do 13. Stołów jest dużo a gości mało więc każdy siada tam gdzie nie ma brudnych talerzy. Średnio fajnie spożywa się posiłek w takim chlewie. Przy basenie można zjeść hamburgery, codziennie to samo... Mamy tu spędzić 14 dni, jestem załamana tym pobytem.
