The hotel staff were very nice, especially Serdar and a boy with glasses. The beach staff were very disrespectful! The chef at the beach was very disrespectful and had zero customer service. The room was clean!

We booked a rom with sea view but we did not get this. The room was not clean. We stayed only one night and it was enough.

It has very few parking limits of its own, but when it comes to parking, do not park on the main street, the municipality charges a fee, there is no charge on the side road. Its location is very good, I think you can go there with your eyes closed.

Very nice hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good aswell. En vie beach was amazing. Great spot at the beach. Really nice workers, they help you with everything. They are very friendly and ensure that everything is at a very high standard at all times. The food in the restaurant is also exceptional! I really recommend it!

Great location with a small private beach and excellent staff. Just be careful you don't book on the less impressive amex across the street (tiny scary elevator, rooms not as nice). Our room on the third floor had no elevator. The TV only has SkyNews for English speakers. The room's curtains are a bit shear and does not block the light. Luckily, I packed a blindfold. The room has great lighting but not well insulated for sound. It can be a bit noisy at times. Other than that, quite happy with our room. Front desk staff don't seem to be given much authority and always have to check with their manager to make certain decisions.

Orkun was an amazing person and character made our stay so much better. Wonderful hotel. Great view of the beach and beautiful views surrounding. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Alanya.
