If you’re considering Serenity Queen Hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! This place is an absolute disaster, and the management is completely incompetent.
1. Unreachable and Unhelpful Staff
From the moment I arrived, I realized that getting any kind of assistance from the hotel was impossible. The front desk is either empty or run by people who don’t care. When I tried calling, the phone just rang endlessly with no one picking up. Emails? Ignored. Imagine having an urgent issue and not being able to reach anyone—frustrating is an understatement!
2. Refusing to Acknowledge or Assist Guests
I had an issue with my booking and needed help from the hotel management. Instead of assisting me, they completely ignored my case, refused to respond to inquiries, and left me stranded. A professional hotel would at least acknowledge concerns and try to help. This hotel does neither.
3. No Accountability – Zero Customer Service
The management clearly does not care about guests. Instead of working to resolve problems, they disappear, making you deal with everything on your own. The fact that even the booking platform couldn't reach them says everything you need to know—this place is a joke.
4. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
A hotel that refuses to communicate with guests or address issues is not worth your time or money. Serenity Queen Hotel is a nightmare, run by incompetent management who should not be in the hospitality industry. If you want a stress-free stay, choose literally anywhere else.

Finally got around to writing a review. We came to celebrate our honeymoon in June 2024 (17-29). We arrived for check-in around 16:00 and were checked into a room... ta daaaam, for people with disabilities. This made us uncomfortable, because no one explained why this happened. We decided not to waste our nerves on our own and waited until the next day so that our guide could resolve all the issues. Of course, after he came to the reception, a room was immediately found and everything was done with a smile. We are still wondering: did they want money? Or a mistake? Further. The hotel is fresh. After moving, our beautiful double room was good. We liked the room, nothing upset us. Cleaning was average, we left tips every day. All the soaps are high quality, the aroma is amazing. Food. Many thanks to the team of cooks. The food was very tasty! The waiters are always on their feet, cleaning, wiping. Everything is fine. The sea. I liked the pier that limits the waves. But there was trash in the water, in lumps and piles, floating around every day, we had to swim in different directions so that it didn't stick to our hair and body. The water was a comfortable temperature. We had to keep an eye on the sun loungers, there were a lot of people. We liked swimming after 8 p.m. in the 18+ pool, there was never anyone there, which is strange. Overall, we had a great vacation, and even walked outside the hotel, but we didn't have to. We just needed souvenirs.

The hotel is nice, with a fairly large area and pretty good cocktails. Room cleaning is decent. The food will be okay for the first few days, but later it becomes repetitive — the same things over and over. The only really edible option is chicken; everything else is rather bland. There was nothing special about the food during the stay — you won’t go hungry, but you won’t be impressed either. It’s very convenient that there are bars by the pools, and I especially liked the adults-only (16+) pool, where it’s quiet and also has a bar. However, the animation is very poor, and in the evenings there’s nothing to do. There’s little to offer young people except sipping cocktails and listening to the action going on in neighboring hotels. The service isn’t terrible, but they do love tips, and the service quality improves significantly when you give them. There are a lot of Russian guests, so if you prefer a vacation without their behavior and mentality, I would suggest choosing another hotel. If you have a late departure, there’s no place to store your belongings, and you’ll have to pay a hefty amount if you want to extend your stay in the room. We wouldn’t choose this hotel again, and since we paid quite a bit, there are definitely better hotels available for the same price.

We visited this hotel in 2024. Everything exceeded our expectations. This year we'd like to come back, but we can't because they don't accept two brothers in the same room. It was the same problem, but in the end they accepted it, but this year they apparently don't want it. Unfortunately, they'll lose five families because of the reservation. It's a shame. What's the reason?
