We arrived for check-in around 16:00 and were checked into a room... ta daaaam, for people with disabilities. This made us uncomfortable, because no one explained why this happened. We decided not to waste our nerves on our own and waited until the next day so that our guide could resolve all the issues. Of course, after he came to the reception, a room was immediately found and everything was done with a smile. We are still wondering: did they want money? Or a mistake? Further. The hotel is fresh. After moving, our beautiful double room was good. We liked the room, nothing upset us. Cleaning was average, we left tips every day. All the soaps are high quality, the aroma is amazing. Food. Many thanks to the team of cooks. The food was very tasty! The waiters are always on their feet, cleaning, wiping. Everything is fine. The sea. I liked the pier that limits the waves. But there was trash in the water, in lumps and piles, floating around every day, we had to swim in different directions so that it didn't stick to our hair and body. The water was a comfortable temperature. We had to keep an eye on the sun loungers, there were a lot of people. We liked swimming after 8 p.m. in the 18+ pool, there was never anyone there, which is strange. Overall, we had a great vacation, and even walked outside the hotel, but we didn't have to. We just needed souvenirs.
