Razote Travel Lodge

Worst lodge I have stayed Both doors (entry and toilet) are broken. Dirty and wet floor in the toilet, no hot water, faucet sink not working, dangerous steep stairs, no side table or phone available for room service.

Accomodations is worst. We were told to check in by 9pm and check out 9pm the next during the paying of down payment. When we arrived the owner said your check will be 12 noon the next day and if you dont like we can refund your down payment. We booked 2 rooms and thats what we will hear. We also pay for the room for 24 hours but for us we lost 9hrs of it because there were other people booked the rooms the next day. 1st come 1st serve was not valid. The next day after our Island hoping when we are about to take shower the water is to weak because they call people who are not booked to have a shower at there shower rooms so we who booked rooms was not able to was our selves complete and easy. This is not our first time booking for over night rooms but this is the first travel lodge I don't wanna recommend to my friends and colleagues.

The location is great but the lodge amenities and facilities is horrible and unorganize. No wifi (online says free wifi) and we were given a room with shared bathroom tho we booked a room that says private bathroom. Bathroom room was broken and untidy. Room wasn’t clean. I feel bad for the staff because they’re very nice and hardworking but they get all the rant and complains from the customers. The owner should come and manage the building themselves to see the real situation. I will not recommend this place next time visiting Alaminos.
