Ayrıca, çocukların oynarken koridorda oluşturduğu dağınıklık ve temizlikle ilgili şikayetler, herhangi bir güvenlik kamerası kaydı ya da somut bir kanıt sunulmadan tarafımıza iletilmiş ve bir daha benzer olayların yaşanmaması gerektiği yönünde uyarı yapılmıştır. Otelin tüm çalışanları çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü, Otelin konumu çok rahat sessiz ve sakindi. Otelde bulunan havuz ve çevresi çok güzel düzenlenmişti. Sadece otelin açık büfe kahvaltısını biraz zayıf buldum ama genel anlamda güzel bir oteldi bir daha ki gelişimdi tekrar konaklamak isterim.

We’ve been visiting Alaçatı for about 10 years, usually once or twice a year, and have stayed at many different hotels. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at a hotel of this type and category. It seems that the management has changed or the property has been handed over to a different group. The staff were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality training. They weren’t friendly, and despite the “please clean the room” sign hanging on the door for three days, not even the trash was emptied. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled, drinking water was overpriced, and coffee at breakfast required an extra payment. It’s clear the place once had charm and potential, but it’s no longer being taken care of. I had hoped my young daughter’s first holiday would include fond memories of a nice hotel—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

This is a new hotel in a quiet part of town. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and given a bigger room than we had booked. The hotel was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The owner of the hotel was so kind and helpful. This is a lovely place to stay if you want a quiet and relaxing weekend and was good value for money. Highly recommend a visit.
