We stayed in the executive suite that overlooked cobbled street. Just so gorgeous. Stunning swimming pool. Filter coffee in room. Spa. Breakfast included which was the most elaborate and delicious feast. Located in the middle of town. I don’t want to leave.

As a team of 30 people, we made an agreement and made a program 3 months in advance to celebrate. However, the hotel is a disappointment. The service quality is beyond disgrace. There is nothing about management. 1 night stay turned into a nightmare. Food service was constantly interrupted, electricity was constantly cut off. Ice cold rooms, a generator for a hotel that promised quality was not working for some reason. An organization planned months in advance turned into a nightmare. I never recommend it.

De locatie van het hotel was goed. De kamers waren mooi maar niet schoon, de poets vrouw had ontslag genomen. Misschien dat het op andere dagen beter was maar bij ons was het helaas niet zo schoon. De receptie medewerker was wel lief en gaf ons een nieuwe kamer die er iets beter uit zag. Snachts is het echter heel gehorig , je hoort mensen thuis komen van het uitgaan. Verder zit er wel een okay zwembadje bij het hotel. Ik denk als het hotel een paar regels/punten aanpakt het een leuk/net hotel kan worden maar voor ons was het een malig. Maar cesme/alacati zelf komen we zeker terug!
