Otel ve hizmet berbattı. Resepsiyonda çalışan berkay isimli kişinin tutum ve yaklaşımı çok kötüydü. 3gün tatil yapmayı planlamamıza rağmen otel o kadar kötüydü ki 2 gün zor dayanabildik, 1 gün erken çıktık ve paramızı asla iade etmediler, yaklaşımları soğuk ve umursamaz, odaların temizliği çok kötü çarşaflar kokuyor, duş bozuk, tuvalet tıkalı, kahvaltı kötü bardaklar leş gibi… çok şaşırdık ve çok kötü zaman geçirdik. İlk gittiğimizde odaları görmek istedik ve göstermediler sebebi kötü olmasıymış.

Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili sıcak samimi. Hüseyin bey var özellikle kendisi çok ilgiliydi. Yemekleri harika . Otel temizliği çok güzeldi. Ayrıca glütensiz yiyecekleri mevcut bu benim için çok iyi oldu. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler

Çalışanlardan Hüseyin'den çok memnun kaldık. Aileyle kalmak için çok uygun.Odaları çok temiz, yemekleri ev yemeğini aratmıyor. Personellerin hepsi çok samimi ve ilgili. Ailecek çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Yataklar çok rahattı. Aynı şekilde odalar da çok ferah ve güzeldi. Personel güler yüzlü ilgili çok memnun kaldım. Yiyecek içecekler kaliteliydi her şey taze ve freshdi. Hijyen ve temizlik açısından her şey çok iyiydi. Memnun kaldım ve beğendim.
