This hotel is owned by the same company as the Banyan Tree next door, and the price is similar, but it is much worse than the Banyan Tree. The room is very small, there is no swimming pool or bathtub. The Filipino staff in the restaurant are not very friendly either.

The views are amazing everywhere. It feels like we're on another planet.
If you're staying at this facility, I recommend getting an Easy Bike first.
You can get around without using a buggy. There are a limited number of bikes, so it's best to apply early.
The pool is great. Everyone takes lots of photos.
It's hard to adjust the temperature of the shower in the room.
Also, I don't know if the coffee and other dishes at breakfast are free or charged.
I think people who were eating there ordered, but we weren't given a menu.
As a result, we couldn't drink coffee. It's a bit unfriendly.
By the way, the coffee machine in the room was broken and we couldn't drink it.

I had some issue during the check in (they saw my Trip.com booking as cancelled) but they solved it in approx 30 minutes. The location is unique - it is in the naturally beautiful place, quite isolated and private. Services are amazing. Maybe the only thing I wasn’t expecting was the weather - it is quite windy there and it becomes freezing in the evenings

Very average. The hot water in the hotel is hot and cold. The service is terrible. There is only one restaurant. If you have money, you should stay at Banyan Tree.
