環境沒話説，野奢的範特別足。各種傢俱擺設都有感覺。一居室不帶泳池正對着鏡子音樂廳，風景特別好。晚上的篝火很美，早餐驚艷。服務很好。
不足之處：酒店內有個泰餐廳，本着既來之則安之的態度去吃了一頓，俺家閨女説的那句很精準：這肯定不是泰國廚子。我們在的這段時間是淡季，發現衞生間裏所有東西都能看出來太長時間沒人用過了。剃鬚膏已經乾硬了。四晚夜床衹開了兩晚。

Very disappointing stay experience. Stayed at Banyan Tree for two nights. On the first day, the coffee and tea bags in the room were not placed. I contacted the hotel to help, but the hotel just ignored me. Ctrip contacted the hotel and the housekeeper came to help. The second day, they cleaned the room and put the bathrobe. The hotel service is really bad.

Great hotel! Probably the most beautiful hotel in alula. Excellent service and we got super good deal from here so i would recommend you guys to check it out.
Nothing to complain except our villa was very crowded with pigeons (i think because it was nearby the mountain) so our outdoor area were full with lots of pigeons' poops and also in the swimming pool :( and another thing was we asked for bikes multiple times, if im not wrong, like 5 times, staff said will check it for you and we never get feedbacks but it happened with us in other hotel as well so it's fine.
Still! Great experience great time. Definitely come back :)

I checked in a little late, so it didn't take much time. The staff took a map to introduce the hotel, and then drove the shuttle to the room. The hotel area is really big, and it took at least 5 minutes to get to the room.
The room is also huge, and the decoration style feels Thai. But the design of the shower is so strange, the top spray is extremely high, and the shower head is fixed, and the position is only to the shoulder? ? ?
You need to call 15 minutes in advance to arrange the shuttle bus. You can sit outside for breakfast, but it's better not to sit outside, there are too many flies.
