The beach is large and the sand is good, and the water of the Persian Gulf is a jelly sea, especially at noon. There is a Levantine-style restaurant on a cape in the hotel, and the food is great, but it is best to make a reservation in advance. When we went there, it was already full at just after six in the evening.
