Due the major sickness of my friend we can’t travel and we try to refund the Aour booking but there no any consideration even we submitted a Medical report. I don understand it’s not refundable but atlest this kind of reason have exemption.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
As it was my first time in Egypt, I booked a place in the Pyramids area, but I think the Cairo area would be better.
Regarding cleaning, I was a little worried about the plumbing, but it was clean.
Apart from the fact that there was a slightly peculiar smell coming from the curtain in the shower room, I think it was good for the price.
The hair dryer was quite questionable.
I think the price includes location, cleaning, etc., so I am satisfied with the value for money.
The staff were very polite and really nice.

I really don't recommend staying at this hotel. There's garbage all over the entrance. I don't know how to live here. The room is very old and the soundproofing is very poor.
