They stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect. My stay was fantastic. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, everything exceeded expectations. The room was spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I loved the temperature controlled pool with stunning bay views. Dining experience was exceptional with plenty of options. A truly seamless and relaxing experience. Can’t wait to return!

We find ourselves visiting this place over and over again, drawn by its serenity and the closeness to nature. Regardless of the fully booking status, the resort remains sparsely populated, privacy and tranquility assured. Staff are generally courteous and accommodating, went above and beyond to extend their hospitality. The cabins are looking a bit tired due to wear and tear, not a hindrance to us at all.

We’ve always loved Bab Al Nojoum Al Mugheirah, and over the years, we’ve introduced many friends and family to this special place. Unfortunately, after our 4th stay, we left feeling disappointed. The location is still beautiful, and the cabins are well-maintained, which we truly love. One minor issue, though, was with the bikes – they need some maintenance, as the gear mechanisms or shift levers no longer work properly. But that's a small issue compared to the bigger letdowns. The real issue was with the hospitality. It felt like the warmth we used to feel from the staff was just not there anymore. A particularly frustrating experience was when we had to wait over an hour for a bucket of ice. We followed up multiple times through calls and messages, and even had friends go to the reception to check in person. They were told to go back to the Airstream and wait for the ice. It’s those little details that really make a difference, and it felt like the staff in the front office or reservations doesn’t care anymore. (Thank you, Alex, for bringing the bucket of ice and doing your best to fix the situation.) Another disappointment was the lack of information about activities. In the past, we were given a full list of things to do, but this time we only got a quick briefing about the resort. The activities were still listed on the website, but we didn’t feel like the staff was making an effort to keep us informed or engaged. We were also very interested in upgrading to half board. I had asked about it in an email before our arrival, and we inquired about dinner a couple of times once we got there. The only response we received was the rate. There was no effort to encourage us or provide more details, so we decided to leave and eat outside instead. (Sad we only met Ronald the next morning, who had the same enthusiasm as in our previous visits – we could have stayed for dinner. He is truly an asset.) The most frustrating part of the stay was the unexpected charge for the kayak activity. We were charged 270 dirhams, but no one mentioned that it was chargeable, and we were clueless especially because we’ve done it for free during our previous visits. We had communicated with the staff several times about the booking, but at no point was it mentioned that there was a charge. When we were checking out, that was the only time we found out they were charging us for the activity. We weren’t given an apology or even an acknowledgment of the mistake, which felt very unprofessional. At the end of the day, it’s the people that make an experience unforgettable, and unfortunately, this time, the lack of hospitality left us feeling let down. Bab Al Nojoum has always been a special place for us, but this time it didn’t live up to what it used to be. Hospitality is a huge factor, and I hope they can get back to the high standards we once loved.

This is my first time a can’t describe a place how beautiful it is , quite , calm , super clean caravan , clean bed , hot water. And regarding the staff i think they are the reason to came again they take less than 5 min to bring for us whatever we want , they was friendly and kind with us specially Bukannah , the coffe guy , you really have to try his coffe and date. Am writing this review while my friend is preparing for our last breakfast here. I hope to came again to this place as soon as possible.

Stayed in an airstream caravan for one night. The accommodation was great - comfy bed, modern bathroom and small seating area. Outside was a lovely sitting area ( table, chairs and a relaxing sofa swing) with a nice view. It was so peaceful. Bikes were provided but we chose to walk around the hiking trails through the forest. Giselles roaming through the trees. The staff were excellent -all of them so friendly and helpful and always with a smile on their faces. We chose to eat at the restaurant where they were serving a buffet. The food was good but not outstanding. However breakfast the next day was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay - away from the hustle and bustle in peaceful surroundings. We would stay again,

Some of the staff seem poorly trained, and our experience celebrating my friend’s birthday here was disappointing. The room we were assigned was so bad, and although they claimed all rooms were booked and couldn’t move us, rooms were still available online. The property was informed in advance of the birthday, but no arrangements were made. We ordered a cake ourselves, but it arrived without “Happy Birthday” on it—a detail that was overlooked, making us feel like they didn’t care. When we raised the room issue with Bilal at the front desk, his response was unprofessional and unsuited to hospitality. There was poor communication overall, with the reception and other staff providing inconsistent information. Despite these issues, two staff members went above and beyond to offer exceptional service: Niven and Naser from the F&B department. Naser was incredibly accommodating and welcoming—he provided us with valuable information about the property and handled all our needs during the stay. He even arranged a complimentary cake for my friend’s birthday, even though it was nearly checkout time, clearly doing his best to make us feel valued. Niven was also very kind and professional. Their efforts truly made a positive difference in our experience. Their exceptional service stood out but couldn’t completely offset our disappointment. Not sure if we’ll be back
