Very nice hotel. I recommend it. Location is very good , very clean. The standard room very big. Amazing hotel. It was a wonderful experience. They have lounge or club key that you can use by extra charge. Overall it was amazing
I was speechless. The balcony I booked was not displayed when I arrived. I was tossed around for a day. The next day, I changed it to a balcony. I called for cleaning but it didn't come after waiting for a long time. I wanted to take a shower at night and couldn't wait any longer. I had to go downstairs to find a new towel.
1)Including me and other more than 20 peoples waited for more than 5 hours for check in process, even though I have confirmation of booking and prepaid. Hotel management team were not able to arrange room. Response from reception staff was “No more rooms available, don’t know about your booking confirmation“. One of them said they don’t have enough housekeeping staff for cleaning., even after room allocation we waited for 3 hours for cleaning up the room.Not responding to Telephones! Never expected from a 5 star Hotel.
2) complementary break fast was below average similar to 3 stars hotel and restaurant ambiance and dining furniture were just like dormitory!
The owner is an Egyptian. He was very enthusiastic throughout the whole process. He helped arrange luggage, board and lodging. The hotel is very close to the security market, so it is more convenient to visit customers. I will continue to stay next time.

3. The suite is very new and quiet. It would be perfect if you could have breakfast

It has complete appliances so u dont need to go out. Just buy groceries, stock up your ref and you are good.
Its near a couple of supermarkets, some just walking distance. Quiet room it is. And very big space for privacy.
A five-star hotel with good safety facilities and very friendly service staff. There is a shopping mall nearby, which can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk. The room equipment is a bit old, but already very good.
The hotel is located in a remote area, and it may be a bit noisy in the morning due to the construction around it. The interior is very clean. The suite I booked has a separate bedroom and living room. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, and carpet, which is suitable for family outings. It is close to the coastline, and it is also good for vacation!
