3-Star Hotels in Al Jubail

This is the second time I have been to this hotel and it has been an absolute pleasure both times, I cannot recommend it enough. I am here on work so I do need the rest time after a hectic shift, the bed was perfect, the pillows let me wake up feeling refreshed. The staff have been fantastic, always smiling, always polite and very helpful. It is almost as though it is a family run hotel. I have had to extend my stay several times due to work extensions and it has never been an issue, it was taken care of immediately which sent my mind completely at ease. I'll be back again before the end of the year and I will definitely be checking in to the Coral Hotel Jubail for a third time. Absolutely 10/10. The best hotel in Fanateer Corniche. Amazing location, great breakfast, spacious sea facing rooms. Over all Well managed property. Spl thanks to Business Team Ms. Manal for the stress free coordination and updates. Smooth check in and check out, thanks to the front desk team. Proactive bell boys took care of baggage’s. Outdoor screen and the ambiance outstanding for a refreshing evening.

Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.
