A special thank you to May, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. She was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. Whether it was helping with check-in, answering questions, or simply offering a friendly smile, May made me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back—and I hope May is there to greet me again!
