We had nothing short of an outstanding experience at the Ritz. Right from check-in until check-out every staff had provided us with a personal experience. Felland and Juilie were very professional and considerate during the check-in//out process. Gopal had provided an excellent orientation and was very mindful of our daughter and the fact that my wife was pregnant. I would like to highlight the outstanding service from Jiyas throughout our stay. His conscientious and professional service really made a huge difference to our stay. The whole team at the restaurant (Clark, Atul, Arun) had gone out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Srijana at the kids club made sure our daughter was engaged enabling us to spend some time with each other. Nidhin and Jiyas ensured they made some south indian breakfast for our daughter since she did not eat much on the first day - and this wasn't requested- it was just noticed and really came as a surprise to us and the food which we all devoured! Amir was kind enough to drive us thorughout the resort and showed us a higher category vacant villa on our request . The bed and pillows were one of the best i'd every experienced. Very comfortable. The Diptyque toiletry was great too! The privacy of the villas and the design was so well thought of. The TV's could be more modern. The fitness centre is very basic. We are really looking forward to our next stay here and I must reiterate that the whole level of experience is only because of the level of service from all the staff which makes it your money's worth!

recently stayed at Ritz Carlton Hotel Alhamra beach and was extremely disappointed with the service. I requested a late check-out of just 30 minutes (12:30 pm instead of 12 pm) due to personal reasons, but the front desk staff was very strict and refused my request outright. Despite explaining my situation, they showed no flexibility or understanding. While checking out, I expressed my concerns to the manager. He was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. However, I am still upset about the situation. Additionally, I had numerous issues with the food, cleanliness, and room dining service. I have received My lunch in broken plates with spilled food, which was unacceptable. I then had to wait another 45 minutes for a new lunch to be prepared. The cleanliness of the room was below standard. This lack of initial accommodation and poor service quality was very frustrating. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and considers being more accommodating and improving their service standards in the future.

A great experience, amazing staff Suncity tours in dubai also arranged a desert safari for us and we were picked from the hotel. Upon checking in, we were warmly greeted by Juily, who made us feel right at home and provided a thorough introduction to the hotel. Paulina was also there, ensuring we felt well accommodated. Our arrival was truly magical as we were transported by boat to our villa. When we arrived, Clark and Gopal, our friendly buggy driver, welcomed us. Our villa surpassed all expectations, featuring a private pool with breathtaking sea views. It was absolutely exquisite. After a refreshing dip, we went to Shorehouse for dinner. Su provided prompt and attentive service, with Arjun assisting as needed. The steak I ordered was perfection—cooked exactly to my liking and perfectly seasoned. Returning to the villa, we found it beautifully turned down by Ashish, who made sure everything was spotless, as if we had just checked in. Christine’s call to check if we needed anything was a thoughtful touch. At breakfast, Amir drove us, and we were greeted by Clark, who remained friendly and accommodating. Mario took us back to our room and was incredibly helpful. As our stay came to a close, Fillend bid us farewell and expressed hope that we’d return. We’re already considering a return trip soon. From arrival to check-out, the entire experience was flawless. A heartfelt thank you to the team for a job exceptionally well done.

We had a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach. From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The concierge team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Julily ensured a seamless check-in process, while Polina introduced herself to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were warmly greeted by Clark upon arrival at the resort, and Gopal personally escorted us to our villa, explaining all the amenities and facilities. The villa itself was beautifully designed and came with a delightful fruit and cheese platter. Our dining experiences were top-notch, with exceptional service from Clark, Su, Tun, and Arun. The Shore House restaurant was highly recommended and certainly lived up to its reputation. After dinner, we returned to find that Ashish had meticulously cleaned and prepared our room. Special thanks to Fillend for a smooth check-out experience, and to Mario and Christine for their outstanding service throughout our stay. A special mention to Shivraj for making our experience even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort.
