Cold swimming pool
The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning

There was insects everywhere, we couldn't sleep because of the mosquito, its located in the middle of nowhere, there is no services, restaurant is closing at 8 pm , the only thing I like is the swimming pool, breakfast was poor , this is the first and last time here

Superb service. Chef Jay was super helpful. management led by Shin is so awesome and catered to all our requests to ensure we had an awesome stay with family and friends. The place is extremely clean and very conveniently located too. food is very affordable too.

During my stay at one of their beautiful, clean villas, I had a wonderful experience. The staff, management, and the villa are very well maintained. You will feel as if you are staying at home. The location is highly recommended! For sure I will make reservation at this place when I am back to RAK :)

One of the most beautiful and most suitable hotels for families. The chalet is directly on the pool. The pool is very large. There is a mosque nearby and a supermarket. There is also everything nearby. The staff are very cooperative. There is also a large restaurant open until 11 p.m. I tried their mixed grill and it was delicious.

The villa was so amazing. Specially the staff who assisted me from the beginning to the end. Wonderful management system! A blissful place for a best holiday! Must to try the food. It was delicious as well. Would Highly recommended! Value for money.

My husband and I were at the Hotel. We were very impressed by the architecture, the design, the cleanliness of the establishment and the rooms. and the serie on the cake are the staff, super courteous, and very polite, Fouad, Ahmed and Idriss were very attentive with a big smile. The only convenient thing is that it overlooks the grand boulevard and we could hear the noise of passing cars. another point to note the hotel is a little far from the city center.
