Приехали в отель 29 декабря, на отдых и новогодний ужин. Имел неосторожность поверить, что отель новый, открыт 7 месяцев назад. Это конечно не так. Я оплатил 2 номера luxury king room beach front. При заезде в номере не было ни фруктов, ни комплиментов для детей. Основное здание выглядит как «безвкусный» осколок из 90х годов. Виллы у моря хорошего дизайна, но сильно бросаются в глаза грязные стекла в разводах и грязные стеклянные ограждения балконов. Сами номера очень понравились. На пляже убитый туалет с посторонними запахами, построенный году в 80м. Для детей не предоставляют никаких пляжных игрушек, спрашивал об этом сотрудника 3 раза. Просил на ресепшн переходник для розетки, сказали закончились. Но завтраке нет нормальной рыбы. Шведский стол отвратительный что на завтраке, что на ужине. Сервис на пляже плохой. При околонулевой заполненности напитки и еду приходится ждать долго. Пояжная полоса очень длинная и это плюс. Сауна не работает В спортивном зале устойчивый запах сигарного дыма Уборку номера приходится ждать долго и можно вообще не дождаться, полотенец кладут на человека 1 маленькое+ 1 большое. Понравился сигарный бар. Стоимость на сигары от 100$ до 300 за штуку. Итог: в этом отеле я никогда бы не хотел больше останавливаться. Следующий отель куда направимся это Waldorf Ras Al Khayma

One of the best properties in RAK. Good breakfast spread and we stayed at the pool villa it was big comfortable and pool was temperature controlled and the members club served good canopies. A must stay if you go RAK. Highly recommended to all.

Outstanding and comfortable experience when we came for a visit here. Although I live in Ras Al Khaimah, I enjoy visiting here for the atmosphere, good food, and good service from the staff. Today I was helped by Mr. Hayford, who was good, as always.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce superbe hôtel! Dès l'arrivée, Nyan nous a accueilli avec bienveillance et professionnalisme. Il a pu et su répondre à nos différentes interrogations. La chambre au top!! Très belle, spacieuse et propre. Le lit d'une excellente qualité. Que dire des points de vente restauration... EXCELLENT!! petit déjeuner extraordinaire! Des viennoiseries d'une très très bonne qualité! Le restaurant Réunion délicieux. Mentions spéciales au manager du restaurant (navré, je n'ai plus son nom) au Chef et à Ottmane ( il débute mais il est super agréable et gentil). On gardera un super souvenir de ce formidable hôtel. J'ai cité quelques noms mais tous le personnel est vraiment au top! Aussi, l'allumage des bougies du lobby est juste magnifique à voir! Merci pour ces supers moments à tous.

Staying at Sofitel was an invigorating experience! The relaxing atmosphere gave us the perfect time to enjoy without it being too hectic. The breakfast meal was the best by far, and Honey made sure we had an enjoyable meal by catering to our needs :)

My stay was really great. From the hospitable front desk to the very helpful guest relations, they really made my stay for my wife's birthday remarkable. The hotel is very clean and the prestige one suite is really nice. Breakfast is beyond amazing. 10/10
