Best service in this hotel. Special thanks to the waitress Honey. She is very friendly, helpful, always willing to help, always smiling, my kids love her. She knows what they like for breakfast and brings them their favorite food. Very clean area, warm pools, lots of staff, plenty of space for walking, separate area for children - mini water park.

The hotel is one of the best ones we’ve been to in Ras Al Khaima. The amenities are so nice and well maintained, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious and clean. The service is excellent! We loved how big the pools are! It made it so it wasn’t crowded at all! Perfect place for families with little kids as there is so much for kids to do. ❤️

Sofitel alhamra Beach Resort is an beautiful place to be had an wonderful stay at this newly opened property. The staff is professional at the resort special at the East restaurant. The server who took care of us was Mazen he is very different from rest of the servers  I ever meet he know exactly what  is required and he made sure to give us an amazing dinning experience to remember. The food is very tasty and with a lot of variety. Thankyou so much for the memories we made. Looking forward to come back ever soon.

My husband and I spent our Valentine’s weekend at the Sofitel Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home right away. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach was absolutely breathtaking — pristine, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing day by the water. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are top-notch, and everything was just beautifully designed. A special shoutout to Jaydee, the butler in Club Millesime, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He gave us a lovely tour of the property and took care of us throughout our visit with such warmth and kindness. His hospitality truly made our experience stand out. Overall, Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah is a must-visit destination, and we can’t wait to return. It was the perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!
