Das hotel ist eigentlich nicht geeignet für Übernachtungen es ist nicht mal wert für hostel
Sehr sehr alt Badezimmer ist fast unbenutzbar häne duche sind am zerfallen natürlich den boden auch Klimaanlage sind sehr alt und den teil im Zimmer ist sehr schmutzig/würde vom ******* Seite wegnehmen

I saw on Hopper app a 4 star hotel in Cairo but it was a scam. It was the most horrible hotel that I have seen in my life. It was dirty and the rooms were terrible with hair in the bed sheets, ragged curtains, mold in the bathroom with scratched and dirty toilet seat and stained towels. We had booked a deluxe room and we were given the simple one. I went down to the reception and after an argument, they finally gave me the room for what I had paid but it was dirty as well and in bad shape as the first one. We were so tired and jet lagged after a 11 hour flight so my wife who had a terrible headache put some essential oils on the bed to try to sleep for a few hours. Early morning we left the hotel to find a new one. We complained about the hotel to Hopper and we didn’t get any support. They didn’t even do any investigations and Hopper is still promoting that hotel as 4 star hotel. The name is thé hôtel in Cairo is « HOLIDAYS EXPRESS HOTEl »Please if you are thinking about booking there avoid it. And the costumer service in Hopper doesn’t help. I just recommended don’t promote places if you don’t know their conditions, in my case I removed Hopper app from my phone.

This was the worst hotel experience i had in my entire life. It's very very old, smelly and dirty. We stayed 3 days in this hotel and out room was never cleaned, bath towels never changed( we had two towels for two persons). On the third day we went to the manager to ask why our room was never cleaned and he told us that they are having problems( did not specified what kind of problems). We had to argue with them to get our room cleaned. The staff at the reception has a very bad English so it was very hard to comunicate with the. They told us that the breakfast was included and the next morning when we went to have breakfast they sent us away because it wasn't included. Worst experience in my life. Please stay away from this hotel

Great location to discover Cairo and Giza. Everything needed is around and after an exhausting sightseeing tour I can recommend to relax in the Spa. Excellent service, everybody very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Friendly staff, the only positive thing, the rest decidedly negative, poor hygiene, structure in decay without any minimum comfort or safety standards, rooms not comparable even to the poorest pension in Italy, if you can avoid it and choose another structure.
