Einfach schlicht und unkompliziert
Es ist das einzige Hotel weit und breit, in dem ich auf einer Dienstreise nach Ål unterkommen kann. Es gefällt mir immer wieder sehr gut, obwohl nichts besonderes ist.

Skitne gardiner og salt og pepperbøsser i matsalen.
Vanskelig å få hjelp i resepsjonen, lite behjelpelige og lite imøtekommende.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Good breakfast, great gym. Also near the Kulturehus which had several very interesting exhibits, with a great one by the artist Nesch.

Fin natt i Ål
Nok et hyggelig opphold på Thon Hallingdal. Det var ikke hotellets feil at det var mildvær, regn/ sludd og speilglatt i hele bygda.

Doll war das nicht. Insgesamt ist das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig. Küchenecke im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, es gab keinen Zimmerservice. Frühstücksbrötchen waren 2-3 Tage alt. Nachdem eine Reisegruppe beim Frühstück war, gab es Messer und Teewasser erst auf Nachfrage. Resultat: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
