Very pleasant, while aging a little.
We couldn’t have felt more welcome.
The hotel is out in the sticks, so you need transport to get around. The hotel is very helpful with arrangements, although it can get expensive.
The Anima Gardens a 10 minute ride away, was worth visiting.
The hotel is aging a little, but is very quaint and a good place to relax. It has solar as its primary power source, which tends to run low later on at night. That means that power and lights went out for us, which was interesting, but not too much of a hardship.
The staff made it a truly good experience, so well done to them all.

We were staying down the road at Chez Mamoushka however the food was pretty mediocre so we were pleased to find this place. Although it was nearly empty the staff made a huge effort to welcome us and we had a delightful evening with great food. Special thanks to the young waiter whose name I didn’t get

Received a WhatsApp message one day before our stay to advise that they could no longer receive us and that we would need to postpone our stay (which is not possible given our itinerary in Morocco). Awaiting communication through the booking site or from management.

This hotel is lovely The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly The food was good - we were half board, but still had a choice and could also order off main menu. The rooms were large and comfortable with doors that opened onto a terrace - not private. There was a separate sitting area in our room, also a television. The pool was adequate with a smaller kids pool I didn’t use the spa We stayed as part of a tour, but it’s about 40km / 1 hour from Marrakesh centre

Ma fille et moi avons passé le we dernier dans une kasbah qui ne ressemblait guère à celle sur les photos bien retouchées. Un très grand bémol, la propreté! Chambre, taies d'oreillers, serviettes sales. Une plomberie délétère, une tuyauterie qui fuie, un évier bouché. Les communs sont jolis mais sales. La piscine est correcte mais les beds et servielles très sales! Une Kasbah laissée à l'abandon, un simple attrape touriste. Le seul avantage a été le personnel souriant et serviable mais cela ne peut racheter la saleté environnante. Nous avons été très déçues, nous n'y reviendrons pas car la propreté est la base de l'hôtellerie. Un standard qu'on ne peit négocier!!! C'est un manque de respect absolu envers les clients. À vos torchons et serpillières ça urge!!!!!

Un très bel endroit, calme absolu, nourriture succulente, le personnel est d "une extrême gentillesse et délicatesse je tiens à renercier par l occasion monsieur Samir qui était au petit soin. La literie impeccable, je conseille vivement.

La struttura è datata ma molto caratteristica. La nostra camera era molto grande e disponeva anche di un salottino che dava sulla piscina. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La nostra formula comprendeva anche cena e colazione. La cena ottima con scelta tra 4 antipasti, 4 piatti principali e 3 dessert (o frutta), tutto molto buono. Anche la colazione molto buona anche se non alla carta o buffet, comunque molto buona e abbondante. Bella la piscina. Nota dolente la pulizia. Lenzuola si lavate, ma macchiate, così come cuscini (ingialliti) e asciugamani. Più attenzione a questo aspetto lo alzerebbe di livello.

We had a lovely relaxing stay for a week. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. We arrived late and were given a room with a stunning view across Marrakesh. In the morning we mentioned the a/c never actually cooled and the room was very hot. They took a look while we were out on return said we could try it, if it was still not working correctly they would show us another room. We were sad to leave the first room, but the next was as lovely in different ways, with the much needed addition in July of fully working a/c! Meals were delicious. It was a great spot from which to explore the Atlas mountains
