Nous sommes tombé par hasard sur ce bijou caché de Marrakech! Une piscine sublime, des vues à perdre le souffle. Un service impeccable, des prix ultra abordables et une très bonne cuisine ( ne ratez pas la tangia specialite marrakchie). Le spa et ses masseuses vous épateront: super professionnelles et je suis ressortie de mon massage transformée! Nous reviendrons!

Beautiful hotel located out of the city. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We booked the natural mystic suite which is unbelievable! Food and pool area really nice. Only downside is there wasn’t enough loungers around the pool but not sure this was because we went to a weekend wedding here and more people than normal.

We were really looking forward to our stay in Marrakesh as a much-needed family break. My wife had just come out of hospital, and as a family of six with three young children, it had been an incredibly stressful time. We booked this hotel six months in advance, and even followed up three weeks prior to our trip. At that point, the hotel confirmed everything was in place and even sent us videos of the room – all seemed fine. Shockingly, just one week before we were due to travel, the hotel contacted us to say they could no longer honour our booking. They had accepted a private booking instead – despite us having already paid a deposit and received confirmation. To make matters worse, they offered no alternative accommodation, no compensation, and showed very little concern for the stress this caused. Their only suggestion was that we change our dates – completely ignoring the fact we’d already booked non-refundable flights from the UK months ago. What was meant to be a relaxing break has turned into a scramble to find last-minute accommodation, with added pressure on our family during what was already a difficult time. I would urge others to think carefully before booking. In our experience, this hotel was unreliable, unprofessional, and showed no accountability for their actions.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel charmant, très fleuri et bien entretenu, joli décoration, grande et belle piscine, le lieu est apaisant et invite à la detente, les équipes sont aux petits soins, la nourriture est très bonne, chambres propres et spacieuses, passage au SPA obligé ;) Je recommande et reviendrai ♥️

We stayed at The Source for 2 nights in April 2025. We are a family of 6 and booked 3 twin rooms.
The first thing to say about the hotel, is that it is obviously owned by someone, or by a group of people, who know what quality looks like. The hotel looks exactly like the photos, It is a boutique hotel with some fantastic touches and facilities. The buildings, the pool, the Spa, and the gardens, are all fantastic. Tasteful, well designed, and incredibly well maintained.
However, in stark contrast to the appearance, the management of this hotel is very very poor. I would summarise it by saying that the guest services team is a. absent, b. takes no ownership for the client experience, and c. lacks any empathy for what a client may expect when booking and staying in a property like this one.
As soon as we checked in, there were clues all around that the management was not engaged in the client experience. We saw guests being poorly served and becoming frustrated, numerous gaps in the organisation, some of which were explained away by the fact that the hotel 'had just hosted a wedding', and an on-site team that looked tired and disinterested.
The biggest challenge with our own stay, was the checkout. We were leaving early for a 10.50am flight, and discussed the arrangements with the reception the day before. We agreed that we would order a taxi at 8am, for an 8.30am collection. Sounds easy? You would think so, but for some reason the reception failed to mention that they woul

My husband got food poisoning from omelette and the staff were not friendly, sink was blocked. They had very loud music at swimming pool which we were not aware of. The gardens and swimming pool were lovely.

Highly Recommend – Amazing Staff and Atmosphere
We had a wonderful stay at the source during our trip through Morocco. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Ziad, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and great amenities. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Sublime jardin aromatique très bien entretenu, grande piscine invitant a la détente, staff très accueillant et au petit soin, repas délicieux, juste ce qu'il faut de musique pour créer une ambiance chill/electro en journée et romantique le soir.... Une adresse que l'on voudrait garder pour soi. Je vous conseille de vous évader ici quelques jours, déconnexion garantie :)
