Jai passé une très mauvaise expérience a cet hôtel ... Je SS partie moi et mon Mari et mon fils de 5ans , on voulait réservé le dôme car on a aimé le style d'après les photos. On a appelé leurs services par téléphone on a fait la résa la dame nous a vraiment conseillé le dôme et que c magnifique et qu'on va adorer.... Une fois sur place vraiment j'étais choqué.... L'hôtel est très ancien les transats les poufs .. tout est déchiré et sales... Et pour les domes je vous dis pas vraiment le sole est rempli du poussières.. et sans parler de la sécurité... On a pa dormi la nuit car on a trouvé des grenouilles dans la chambre, des lézards et des araignées... Sans parler de nos valides qui étaient remplis des fourmis ...et sans parler aussi de la bouffe qui était vraiment a côté de la plaque. J'ai parlé avec la responsable mais elle n'a fait aucune réaction et s'en foutait royalement. A éviter

Un coin paradisiaque dans la belle région de ouirgane Jardins, grande et très belle piscine ! Pour un repos parfais en plein milieu du haut atlas ! Tout est parfait pour se détendre et se resourcer.. Le climat et doux et propice à la relaxation totale !

We had a wonderful family getaway at this magical location. Mohammed Bouchbouk welcomed us with a great big smile and a hospitable embrace. We felt as if we had known him for years. The rooms were clean and cozy and the dining was top notch. The chef was exceptional and took our orders daily for dinner. The views are breathtaking; the guided tour that was organized by the hotel was top tier with Ahmed Bassine; make sure to ask for him by name.

Tranquil hotel, excellent location for walking in the area. Rooms are spacious, basic but comfortable. Pool area is fantasic as is the welcome on arrival. Plenty of room in the dining area. Dinner was good and the onion tart is especially delicious.

Si c etait a refaire j le ferais sans hésitation. Un endroit magnifique pour les gens qui cherchent le calme et la sérénité. le personnel est à l écoute, côté propreté rien à dire. On a fait une randonnée que Mme fouzia nous a proposé je la remercie encore une fois car c était une belle expérience. Le restaurant ,dirigé par Mr Hassan et son équipe, propose des plats préparés comme à la maison, mes enfants ont adoré. Sincèrement , c est une adresse que je recommande 👍

Amazing place! A little oasis. Travelled with a group of other Solo travellers. What a little gem. Such a beautiful hotel, all the areas of this hotel are stylish, so many lovely areas to relax. Great pool, lots of loungers. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, service with a smile always. Food lovely, plentiful. Tried to cater to all dietary requests. All the rooms were different, loved mine, like a Hobbit house! Basic but had everything I needed. Megan Markle visited this place, some years ago! ( Not sure if that's a selling point!) Loved our time there. Highly recommended.

L’endroit est bien loti et paisible . L’entrée est super jolie , les chambres sont spacieuses et très propre Il est possible de le privatiser pour un évent entreprise ou privé pour une capacité de 48p. Fouzia a été extraordinaire et aux petits soins. Accueillante , souriante et très serviable . Elle a toutes les qualités pour gérer l’endroit .

Just spent a fantastic four nights here. The rooms are all chalets which open up into the hotel gardens. It’s great wondering through the garden to breakfast, rather than along hotel corridors. The staff were the friendliest I’ve encountered at a hotel and were always eager to help. The rooms have an authentic Moroccan feel with big comfy beds and mine had a wood fireplace in the corner. The shower was hot and powerful. The activities in the gardens were good fun with Padel, Pétanque, table football and table tennis and the pool was clean and inviting. You could swim around the island in the middle.
