Bonjour ne surtout pas donner le linge à laver car ils vous disent 30 diram la corbeille à l'accueil et quand on reçoit la facture c'est 630 diram.... je suis désolé mais nous les français on aiment les choses claires au départ avec des prix qui ne changent pas en cours de route. Autre chose, penser à réserver sur booking plutôt que directement à l'accueil car les tarifs sont moins cher et au moins ils sont garantis. C'est dommage car le lieu est propice au repos et le cadre est sympathique. Ça ne nous gâchera pas les vacances pour autant mais on ne reviendra pas.

15 jours en famille dans un lieu paradisiaque, avec un personnel exceptionnel et dévoué, le bonheur des enfants et ados diverses activités...un resto top...petit déjeuner top à recommander !!!!! La direction peut vous aider si besoin pour organiser vos déplacements ou excursions pour nous c'est le 2 eme séjour

Hotel ideal para descansar e relaxar. Tem bons quartos e um restaurante. Fica longe de Marraquexe, gastando-se muito dinheiro em táxis. A limpeza dos quartos e do hotel podia ser melhor. O staff é muito simpático e prestável. Tem spa pago e oferece algumas atividades para crianças. Será um hotel para família, básico.

The in potential quite and relax atmosphere by te pool gets ruined by the bar/poolboy who only plays loud music for his own entertainment. Complaining only helps for a couple of hours. Furthermore, the pool and the rooms are very nice and atmospheric.

This hotel was lovely, quiet and peaceful. Our kids (12 & 9) enjoyed the pool, even though it wasn’t heated. Also the football pitch and table tennis. The rooms were good, spacious, kitchen to allow cooking, fridge & freezer. Cleaning was daily and very thorough. Several cats which if you like is fine but generally they just lie around. The food was nice but menu limited as same for lunch & dinner. I think they assume people will either make their own or go out. All staff were helpful, receptionist & bar/restaurant . As others have said it is 30 mins away from the centre and the round trip by car is 350 Dirhams, approx. £30. You can phone driver when ready to return. We never had any issues with the drivers, all were great. We would definitely go back but be more organised on day 1 and go to a supermarket

This has been the best experience. We stayed 7 nights. We came to relax and this hotel made it happen. The hotel itself is very beautiful, lush and calm. ALL the staff was a big part of making our trip. They make you feel home, privat and at the same time seen. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A big thanks to all the staff for making us feel so good. We definitely recommend this place for relaxing.

Oasis of Calm & great service
Such a lovely oasis of calm on the outskirts of Marrakech! We loved our (2 bed) apartment, the wonderful staff & the beautiful gardens. Great memories were made in the pool & table tennis.
The only tiny negative is that It would be great if the hotel could recommend local taxi drivers to get to nearby attractions (we walked into the village to make connections), otherwise taxis would become quite costly!
