WORST HOST EVER. The listing is not what it seems.The host makes you sign a separate contract from AirBnB’s. If you want to use the pool or hammam it is an extra charge per time used. Strictly forbids any food in the house unless it is brought in by a catering company of their choosing and served by staff. Each meal is considered a separate event with a contract. You can’t even go in the kitchen to make a coffee for yourself in the morning. To top it off, they abruptly canceled the reservation two days before our large group arrived after we agreed to each of their demands. A bit crazy that they are choosing to be in the hospitality business. I would avoid at all costs!!

Extremely rude property manager, tried to impose all sorts of fees and restrictions after the reservation had already been paid for. For example, even though the property comes listed as having a pool, jacuzzi, and hammam, all those amenities need to be paid separately each time they are used, which is ridiculous. The property comes advertised as having a chef at your disposal, what they don’t tell you is that you are forbidden to use the kitchen or bring any food whatsoever, and you are forced to pay exorbitant prices per meal as if you were in a hotel. The property manager is also absolutely awful and incredibly rude. Avoid at all costs.
