The positives - Stunning location. The decor of the rooms and camp in general is beautiful. It was so tranquil sitting out by our own pool. Highly recommend for a day of relaxation! We loved the quad biking too. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. The negatives - service at the pool bar and restaurant was INCREDIBLY slow. We were in no rush but it was quite frustrating to wait a very long time to be offered menus, for each course to arrive, and for drinks. If you request anything extra, such as ice for a drink, it's another 10 minute wait. On a couple of occasions when I asked a second time for something when it didn't arrive, staff were quite rude. Something to work on certainly in my opinion. The food itself was just ok. I would recommend Agafay and was glad I stayed there, but improvements with food and service would be very welcome. 2 nights is the perfect stay - enough time to relax and not too much to get bored!

Beautiful place with a restaurant, pool and a campfire for in the evening. Also the possibility to ride a quad or camel. This place is so calm and has good service. The food is very delicious. Abdelaziz helped us vert good with his excellent service. Thankyou very much for having us.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Agafay Luxury Camp. The beauty of the desert is breathtaking. We were in February. During the day it was warm, however at night it got very chill. Take some warm clothes with you. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The check-in and check-out process at the reception goes smooth. Addtional activities can be easily booked with the reception. Thank you Fatima Ezzahra for your great support and positive spirit. We appreciate it very much!

Je suis partie avec mes amis, c’est un endroit calme, il y avait une très Bonne ambiance .je recommande vivement cet endroit surtout leurs service chaleureux et le rapport qualité prix est bon. (Je tiens à remercier Abdelaziz pour son service ,il était très Sympa et à l’écoute )

Incroyable service par Adam, mes amies et moi sommes ravis de notre repas. Adam a été au petit soins avec nous ce qui a fait vraiment la différence, encore un grand merci à lui. Très beau restaurant et hôtel. Encore merci pour ce soir nous reviendrons

Bijzondere plek:mooie zuivere accommodatie, prachtig uitzicht en lekker gegeten. Vriendelijke receptie. Maar de luidruchtige dronken groep Engelsen of de door de andere gasten meegenomen boxen die muziek lieten knallen aan het zwembad was ontzettend irritant.

Endroit magnifique et un service à table impeccable et qualitatif. Mention spéciale à Adam pour son service, sa gentillesse et son sourire communicatif! Petit bémol, le volume du groupe qui chantait aux tables pendant qu’on mangeait. C’était un peu trop!😉
