Outstanding
GGuest UserVery good! Each room is an independent small villa with its own swimming pool, and the public lobby also has a swimming pool.
Free sandboarding activity: I experienced the free sand boarding (sitting on a board and sliding down the desert slope)
I paid extra to experience driving a motorcycle in the desert, which was fun and recommended! About 262 dirhams
Dinner is a buffet, which needs to be purchased separately. There are many Chinese people here, and Chinese food is provided for dinner, which tastes OK.
The environment is mainly great! At night, you can lie on the board by the pool and watch the stars until late at night. The night temperature is more than 20 degrees, which is very comfortable.
The room is fully equipped and very new. This hotel seems to have been opened for more than 2 years. It is best to rent a car to go there. Public transportation is more troublesome and expensive
MMissZiplockStepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).
GGuest UserThank you very much for this trip!! The room was very nice and you could tell it had just been renovated. One small detail was very touching. Because it was my husband and I's tenth anniversary, they sent us a cake and fruit plate. However, my husband had a stomachache in Abu Dhabi the day before and started to have diarrhea on the day of check-in. He didn't go to have breakfast the next day. They even packed my food for me and delayed my check-out. They kept asking me if I was feeling better and if I needed any help!
JJacky—Make an appointment in advance for the time of the boat on the island to the dock butler one-stop service, lounge luggage are helped to send to the hotel and then the boat on the island to stay at the front desk to book activities diving fishing watching animals and so on safari tour guide brother is very good
The rooms are very nice and the beach pool in the hotel is very nice and the photos are very good. Several hotels on the island have cars for each other. The dinner we chose costs AED 1,000 and there is a 15% service charge
NNourThey stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect.
I shared some of my favorite pictures about my stay there . . Many thanks to you and to this beautiful place ✨
GGuest UserThe location is 3, because it's hard to access unless it's a rental trip.
Because it's a family trip, there are two rooms, so I write two reviews.
I recommend visiting the Liwa Desert.
Breakfast is fine. Dinner is not recommended.
I'll post a picture of the Liwa Desert in this review.
The picture is the Liwa Desert, about an hour away from the Tiralliwa Hotel.
IIgorGreat hotel! Just a great place! The price-quality ratio is simply amazing for only $60 for a chic room. Clean, spacious, cozy! The design is super - minimalism in Arabic style! The lighting in the room is very romantic! The hotel has its own territory - everything is well-kept, flower beds, plants. View of the dunes - the hotel is right surrounded by dunes. The food is delicious - the local salad Liwa and majbus were great. The territory is very calm, quiet. If you want to take a break from the city noise, bustle and are looking for privacy - this is definitely the place. The pool is open, large. You can see the dunes from it. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Parking is free. I really liked everything, I want to come back.
AAnonymous UserThe characteristic of the whole island is that there are many animals but few animals. . There are only about 20 rooms near the sea, so you need to book in advance. There are many activities on the island, which can be booked on the first day of your stay. Horseback riding is 350 dirhams per person, kayaking is 245 dirhams per person, and taking a car to see animals seems to be around 300 (I can’t remember the specific price). . But the zoo only has various sheep, ostriches, giraffes, and peacocks, which are still very different from South Africa. . The restaurants on the island are not suitable for Chinese stomachs. It is recommended that you bring enough snacks or side dishes to the island. Al Sabania Island is close to Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Hotel
It’s about 260 kilometers, so it’s best to book a car in advance, especially when going back to the city from the island. There is no way to get a taxi from the pier. . The peacocks and sheep on the island eat everything. . Put some peanuts and melon seeds in the open air, and they will all come. . .
CCrystal PillayStaff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time.
Cons during our stay:
-There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed.
- There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late.
- The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small.
- The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window.
- The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small.
- No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''.
- Gym is extremely small.
Pros:
-Beautiful sea view.
- Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment.
- Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient.
- Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice.
- House keeping was available on request at any time.
- House keeping staff were very friendly.
- Security guard was very helpful and friendly.
- We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night.
- Plenty parking.
- Sea view room had a balcony.
- Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels.
Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
