酒店景觀沒得説，衹能用壯美來形容，房間濃濃阿拉伯老錢風格，高端復古有檔次，在沙漠中有這樣一家酒店，春節期間還是基本上對得起這個價格，酒店各類活動雖然花錢，但是都非常有意義。
服務人員都有基本的禮貌和素養，但是美中不足的是阿拉伯風格酒店服務人員基本沒有阿拉伯人，以泰國和印度裔服務人員為主，沒有什麼可以抱怨的，但是確實少了一些阿拉伯風情。另外部分人員對於歐美遊客非常熱情主動，但是對於中國來的遊客，衹能保持一些基本的禮儀，即使我的英語不比他們差，但是實際感受確實有一種被忽略的感覺，包括在參加沙漠徒步的時候，但最後還是給夠了小費，因為沙漠確實美麗，這些活動也確實有意義，特別對於孩子。
另外過年期間國人入住還是比較多的，但發現很多中國遊客衹拍照打卡凹造型發朋友圈，而沒有真正去感受沙漠壯美，非常可惜。且有少部分遊客會佔著一個沙丘好幾個小時去拍寫真，而不會去考慮其他需要正常拍照的人，這種風格也令人有些遺憾

The hotel upgraded and arranged two adjacent rooms for the family. Thank you. The view outside the window is charming, and the desert sunset is beautiful. There is a place to change clothes and bathe next to the infinity pool, which is very convenient.
