Extremely helpful and very nice. Good meal. Kuwait air supplied the room for free because we had a long layover. Not overnight or due to a delay, just a 9 hour layover. US airlines would never do this voluntarily. Decent room. Had a nice pool with open air roof.

Hôtel situé au sein même de l aéroport. Nous y avons été logé par Koweït Airways suite à une annulation de notre vol. A l arrivée on scanne vos valises (pour la 10ème fois lol) et on vous prends votre passeport histoire de nous mettre dans l ambiance. Interdiction de sortir à partir de maintenant puisque l hôtel donne directement sur le tarmac. Prévoyez l achat de boissons ou de nourriture au duty free car dans l hôtel a part aux heures de repas il n y a rien à mangé et rien à boire - pas même un distributeur automatique. Une belle salle de sport / jeux au sous sol (billard baby foot ping pong salle de sport) Une piscine (pas testée). Les chambres sont vieillottes absolument aucun charme et sans volets (juste de simples rideaux) L hôtel est froid. Immense mais pas grand chose à faire ni à voir. Personnel uniquement masculin. Ça donne pas envie. Nous y avons passé la journée du 31 décembre jusqu’au 1 janvier le matin. Absolument rien de spécial pour la soirée du réveillon. De la nourriture médiocre. Bref on a été logé gratuitement et heureusement car franchement ça donne pas envie de découvrir le Koweït. A noter enfin qu il n est pas nécessaire de faire un visa pour les passagers qui comme nous ont été logé par la compagnie car nous sommes considérés comme « simple transit ». C est toujours ça de gagner !

Travellig from dhaka to bishek we got free hotel from kuwait airways its was nice and clean place and the staff are very polite and caring the food is good I enjoyed here with my friends we are group of 10 the room itself was comfortable and stylish and clean .

White travelling to Frankfurt my flight got rescheduled and kuwait airways accomodates to safir airport transit hotel the place is so awsome with clean rooms and pool and meals. We got the refreshments and snacks i have 9 group pasenger they all are happy .

While travelling to Dubai we got stuck at Kuwait international airport because of cyclones in uae and Oman Kuwait airways transfer us to safir airport hotel it is nice and good hospitality by staff

A much needed place to relax and unwind as i had a long layover in kuwait in my way to delhi Front office staff is good specially Mr . Shojap, Mr Rayudu, smooth checkin and checkout Restaurant staff is very supportive, good spread of food. Amities in the hotel are up to the mark Recommended for a long layover at kuwait airport

I have stayed in this hotel twice. Both times, it is an awesome experience. The rooms are clean, quiet and vey cool to sleep after exhausting travels. Kuwait airways passengers and other airlines passengers in Kuwait City must stay in here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at a restaurant is buffet style that caters to almost all palates. And tasty very commendable food. It is right inside the airport perimeter but no noises to disturb your sleep. Highly recommended.
