Uitmuntend! Onvoorstelbaar en geweldig hoe goed deze familie is in toeristische dienstverlening en wat een gemeende vriendelijkheid. Niets is hen teveel. De eigenaar heeft na een val in het donker direct een arts geregeld en bleef zich voortdurend om ons bekommeren. Alles voelt warm en gezellig aan. Het gebouw en de tuin zijn een lust voor het oog. We zijn flink verwend en kwamen helemaal bij. Nogmaals hartelijk dank en graag tot ziens!

This is easily the worst accommodation I have stayed in 15 years of travel, including youth hostels. The room is mosquito-infested, suffers from power disruption and there is no housekeeping at all for the four nights we were there. I had to ask the staff to replace towels and provide toilet paper. There was also no kettle or bottled water, which we had in a more affordably-priced guesthouse in Aswan. The shower had only lukewarm water, which was challenging to use after nightfall. Owner/manager was hungry for tips, and would pretend not to understand when you ask for change. (Not that I wasnt willing to tip, but I needed small change.) Rules for billing of expenditure at the hotel restaurant also changed midway. Initially it was payment of drinks at the restaurant and food at the reception, then subsequently all expenses at the reception. The only saving grace - it is located in the West Bank near the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple, and hot air balloon launch site.

Excellent service,the food 100 organic,chef on side provide excellent food .customer service ,Rooms very clean ,we were treated like king and Queen,staff is very helpfull providing all the information requested by us 24/7 service

Very friendly and accommodating
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Embrace Hotel, we stayed there last year. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again if we come back to Luxor, Egypt again.
